This store is awesome. The employees at customer service, especially Ryan took such great care of us and we will definitely be back!

For 15 years I have shopped this Home Depot for all our garden needs, electrical and hardware needs. The employees service is always top notch, helpful and friendly. This was my 18th trip there in the last two weeks. Buying over 150 bags of mulch, each time a pleasant person would load my SUV, and thank me for my business.

Just Screw It® handyman uses home depot as one of their vendors, and every time any of our employees deal with Emily at customer service we know the job is being done correctly the first time as we have had a lot of issues with our monies not going back when we do returns because the employee wasn’t paying attention. Emily goes above and beyond her call of duty, always polite, respectful and has a smile on her face. It is employees like her and Mary is why Just Screw It® uses home depot.

I will go to the Monument store if I ever need paint again. I will not work with Bridgett. She was extremely rude to me, and I believe she was discriminating against my age. No customer needs to be treated as rudely as she treated me. I hope she gets fired. She was more involved in using her phone and texting. I don't think that's allowed in that store by an employee who is supposed to be working.

Deanna in Lighting at the Castle Rock location is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made my trip there to buy multiple items that much easier. Great customer service!

As a gardener, I shop at this Home Depot store frequently, especially during the spring and summer. The things I like most about this store are the ease with which I find employees to help me find something or give me information about a product and the fact that the store generally has whatever I'm looking for in stock. The store is clean and well organized and the employees go the extra mile to be helpful.

Charles was very helpful! He came up to me almost immediately and asked if I needed help. After explaining why I was there he happily assisted me with finding the light bulb I needed, apologized for the misinformation given to me by another Home Depot store and then also said he'd like to give me a dollar off my purchase due to the whole situation! Very good customer service!

I just spent the last $126 I will ever spend at Homedepot for the rest of my life. Walked up to the register down in lumber and the girl turned away and squeegee'd the floor. Had to go all the way to self check out, paid and asked for someone to help load 5 sheets of 5/8 sheet rock since I am recovering from dual back surgeries and was told she couldn't find anyone. Girl didn't even look around or call anyone! I went back to lumber entrance and squeegee girl is now ringing people out. She runs over to check my receipt and when I asked for help to put it in my truck she said they couldn't since they don't have a lot attendant today. I saw at least fifteen orange vest sitting on their butts chatting with other orange vests too. I'm spending over $60,000 on home improvements in the next 90 days and not one dollar is going to #TheHomeDepot They suck - especially at the store in Castle Rock, Colorado. #NeverHomeDepot #HomeDepotSucks Homedepot

This store was neat and clean LOTS of employees, all helpful and kind. directed me directly to the products I was looking for. I live close to this store so I would shop here anyway, great for me that it has been such a positive experience that I can recommend to others.

I shop this store because I am always welcomed when entering store. The employees are local and are more vested in the people who come to store. The store is usually neat and clean. I can find assistance when needed. Most employees are willing to help you figure out what it is you need to solve issue and talk you through repair/how to process. Prices are fair. Returns are very easy.

The store manager, Ken is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Curt Farren in appliances really knows his stuff! If you ever need any type of appliance, he’s your guy! From the beginning to the end of my sale, Curt took care of ever detail! Thank you Curt for all you did!! You are amazing!! Best “appliance specialist” around!!
