Impressive when people are ready to serve and also be respected for the work they do at an early hour.

Checkout is always so fast. The cashier was so helpful to help me find what I wanted in a department where she doesn't even work. Positive attitudes from several cashiers.

Janine in the fastener aisle was friendly and helpful. I appreciate her!

Employees don't know where items are when asked. Customer service was not apologetic when proven wrong. Big store with workers who don't really want to help or are unable to understand. Not willing to help. Poor management.

Mark S who always helps me in Hardware has saved the day more than once for me. There is NEVER any help in hardware, but he happens to walk by and finds exactly what I need. The rest of the store is basically useless.

Very nice clean store with friendly helpful employees. I was able to find everything I was looking for.

The gentleman in the appliance dept. was helpful, but in the end we decided to go with what we thought would work best for us. The installers were awesome, professional & helpful in navigating this new technology!!!

We are lucky to have this store so close to where we live.

I usually don't write reviews. But this is the first time a big-box felt like the neighborhood department stores from my youth. Albeit with a much bigger parking lot. Something I thought would be a hassle was made easy by attentive employees. Thank you.

If you like being constantly asked about replacing you heating and cooling unit this is the store for you. I was asked 5 time in 20 min

Enthusiastic staff---across the board if they don't know it they find it by working with each other and get you the help you need. Lot's of great energy at this spot. Very engaging group for a large store Cheers to everyone who keeps us all "improving"! I've seen employees exiting at the end of their shifts stopping to help people.

The store manager is friendly and does a great job of answering questions. We left the store feeling much more confident about the house project we were about to start. We would highly recommend this location!

Store employees were so friendly and helpful. Carpet department made me feel like I was shopping with my sisters when helping me with carpet choices. Jennie in customer service went above and beyond helping me find an item that I knew nothing about.

The Chaska Home Depot is the best! I have never been there when there has not been a sales associate to answer a question. It always amazes me to find out how knowledgeable they are about a product.

Morgan along with the staff team gave great customer service and let me know all the specs between different items i needed and gave me the pros and cons of each machine.

I visited this store on 12/17/20, about 5ish pm. Employee DAN made my trip a success. He was sweet, friendly, professional, caring and took his time to answer all my questions. He then helped me locate my items, and asked if there was anything else he could help with. He then thanked me for shopping at Home Depot, wished me a Happy Holiday, and a Good Evening. I wanted to adopt him by the time I left!!! THIS WAS PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU DAN!!
