Best employees! So friendly & they all welcome baby Gabe like family. The store manager really cares about her customers, employees & community! We wouldn’t have been able to take in 5 emergency rescues wothout the help of this store

When I was unable to find a part I needed, the Manager Marcus Southerlalnd went to search for it. When unable to find the exact part, he brought me a complete new product and offered it to me at an extreme discount. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide a positive shopping experience. Gerald kept checking to be sure I was ok, since I was tired and weak from surgery and had to sit down at customer service desk while Marcus and Kayden searched for the part I needed. Marcus also brought me an electric cart so I wouldn't need to walk to my car. What started out to be a painful and frustrating experience for me was turned to a very positive shopping trip by these excellent employees. Customer service at it's best in this store.

Overall, we love this store and frequent it often. Of course there have been times of frustration or a problem here and there, but that's to be expected when you go as much as we do. That being said, they always make things right and we are happy. It's a great store.

The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional with great suggestions to help me in my remodeling process! I appreciate the knowledge they share with me to help me save money yet give a quality remodeling job to my customer! Over the years I have appreciated the Home Depot staff for their help with products; their understanding of our local area and weather and what works best in building materials and supplies so that I am able to do a great quality job for my customers! Love the plant section. Almost always have something I don't have yet. They usually have a sale on a tool I didn't know I needed but since the price is so good, I get one.

When I first walked in the store, I didn’t receive a very good feeling with the first female staff that I asked for help or point me in the direction for help. She did not do so after that another gentleman came along to help me, and then went and found two more store employees That assisted me with what I needed and went above and beyond to make phone calls to find exactly what I needed for my husband‘s Christmas present . Was able to go to the Lacey store to pick it up all staff there were extremely helpful as well, but if it wasn’t for those three employees that help me I would’ve never been able to find what I needed. I was so grateful and so happy I almost cried, thank you to those three staff as well as the cashier at the Chehalis store you made my experience an amazing one

i was looking for an entry key unit and was having trouble finding the right ones. A service worker took me where i found exactly what i wanted.

Too busy on her personal cell phone then were we did get help she had no clue that the item was in stock and stated that we would have to special order it until I pointed out that the item was marked in stock.

This store is never a mess. Everyone is always willing to help and go the extra mile. Am I had the pleasure of working with Tom in The paint department. He was friendly and went the extra mile to match my old can of paint. He spoke to me as if we were old friends and had me laughing the entire time. Thank you Tom for an amazing visit. I've been shopping here and have wonderful experiences with the staff. Helpful, knowledgeable, and they really jump in to make shopping for your project easy. I can't say enough about this store: clean, organized, well stocked, and terrific staff.

This is by far the most amazing home Depot I've ever been to. The staff are kind, friendly and courteous. They know what they're talking about and know exactly where everything is in the store. When I ask. If they don't, they figure it out very quickly with communication to their co-workers. The managers are even friendly if I needed something (I never have). Returns are smooth and every single employee I've encountered since I've been to that store are all amazing and knowledgeable.

Can thank Eva enough for everything she did for my family and I and handle bad situation due to lack of communication and updating from Home Depot corporate. She should be given a promotion and everyone who is not like her higher up and below here. Should be educated on work ethics and customer service like she is. She set the standards high and everyone should follow suit.

Enjoy going to this Home Depot and have had some very positive results. As I am building a home and have saved tons of money due to the buying power of the store. Have also ran into lots of contractors that purchase their goods there to provide work on my home. Also the manager has made it a priority to speak to me when I'm in the store to make sure my needs are met. Marcus is one of the better managers I've met in the times I've met managers.

Linda was very helpful in picking out plants and teaching me about “thrill, fill and spill” pot planting picking out plants pots and soil that made my project a no brainer.

The Chehalis HD has some pretty great employees there right now. The last ten trips in over 5 months or so, have been great ones. Ordered custom windows at a fair price and it didn't take long. It seems to me the team they have right now, actually cares. I rarely have to hunt someone down to help me.

We had a great experience at this Home Depot. There were plenty of employees and they asked me what I needed before I had to ask them. Super friendly cashiers. Shout-out to Gerald!
