This store is great! The people are friendly no matter what race you are.

Excellent customer service at the Chehalis Store. We just moved to the area and our last local store did not have this type of customer service. Great job to the manager at this store!!

Always have scar I need and cashier Jackie is always greeting everyone with a smile on her face. Makes the store very welcoming.

THE GREETER WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DIRECTING ME TO THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR. SHE EVEN HELPED LOAD THE PRODUCT IN MY CAR FOR ME AFTER MY PURCHASE. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

This store is a great place to shop for all home needs. Building needs too. Been going to home depot my whole life pretty much..always has been super reliable to take care of emergency occasions as well..like when we had our toilet bowl break on 4th of July ..thank goodness that home depot was open to take care of getting a new toilet on a holiday lol

VERY FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL STAFF MEMBERS! Specifically, while I was there for a big purchase (riding mower) Chris (Assistant Manager), Tammie (cashier), Joslyn and Matt all four assisted in my purchase and made the buying experience fun and easy. I highly recommend this Home Depot store, due to the excellent customer service.

Steve W. who helped us in the Electrical Dept. is ALWAYS outstanding. We shop this Home Depot quite a bit and Steve W. is always very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He steps up every time to provide help every visit, whereas sometimes in other home improvement stores it seems like the staff intentionally avoids helping answer questions.

Your cashier Tiana is an absolutely amazing young lady. I visit your store weekly and she is always helpful. Cashiers like her make the shopping experience worthwhile.

The workers were helpful and kind during my visit. Plumbing department was well supplied for my specific needs.

Outstanding service from Brianna at the service desk.

We were looking for doors for a remodel, today July 23, 2020. Tim was extremely helpful and directed us to other stores that showed stock on hand. This store did not have all the items required and a special order looked to be at least two weeks out. His assistance was excellent and he went out of his way to help us answer a question we had on flooring which we had ordered the week prior.

This month alone we were very pleased with the service we received from associates at this store.

We live just 4 miles away from the Chehalis Home Depot. My husband is a great handyman who loves to shop your store. He finds what he wants and goes often when he is doing some of his fix-up projects. We have never had discourteous service nor had a problem that we could not get help at your store.

Samsung customer service sucks...get rid of their products if you're not going to stand behind them yourselves.

I was extremely disappointed that only about 50% of customers wore face masks even though they are required by law at this time. Employees at door should be requesting customers to comply with the law thereby protecting all customers.

For all reasons you can think of - items I need are in stock, if not, special orders are easy. Store is clean, great customer service, and great products - what else do you need?!

This store was very neat and clean. We asked some employees for help and their attitude was not the greatest, but then we went and asked Nicolle D. For help and she was very nice, and more than happy to assist me. She made my overall experience in this store great :)
