This Home Depot is by far the best in Western New York! The Store is always clean, the shelves are always stocked! The aisles are clear and uncluttered. The associated know their business and products! The leadership team is involved! I saw the Store Manager and assistant managers in the garden department helping customers, even loading mulch when it was busy! On another occasion while waiting in line for help at the service desk, the store manager went behind the counter and started helping customers to get rid on the line! This team definitely works as a team focused on customer satisfaction!

Received exemplary customer service from employees "Carol" and "Loni" during my visit today. Each was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!

The ladies and gentleman that work checkout are awsome here! I come in about everyday for items i need to keep up with the demands of facilities repair. I work for a non profit so we are tax exempt I see most of the same peopl at checkout and they acctually know who am walk over half the time to enter my tax id without me having to spell it out . great service always plenty in stock

Spent $20k for personal home repairs in last couple months, buy trim that's all beat up, cut it a couple extra inches longer to get past the gouged, splintered ends and they charge you for every inch. Take better care in stocking and handling. Come to an understanding when someone buys beat up trim

Usually, this store is okay. But when I have to remove online orders from a lumber cart so I have a way to get sheets of plywood to the cashier, that's unacceptable. There were 6 small bags of soil and a doorknob for an online order taking up an entire lumber cart. I'll make sure I take pictures next time.

We went in planning to buy a refrigerator and had a great experience with Titus, an employee, talking us through options, answering questions, etc. We got a better deal than we planned on purchasing and are excited for delivery - they take of everything for you!

Second time I've had the same check out clerk.. Most employess at HD are satisfactory. This guy was not. Nothing but snarky comments. Obviously does not enjoy his job nor working with people.

I'm in 3 different home depots monthly. By far the Clarence location has a more welcoming staff. Store is usually cleaner too.

I had been doing my shopping and went to use the self-checkout when a pet, it's owner and two employees obstructed my access to the check outs. I asked them to move the dog and got a deer in the head lights look from the group. The dog started peeing on the floor, I was appalled. There should not be pets in the store. I have no problems with trained service animals, but the pets need to go!!

I purchased an artificial Christmas Tree and was given great service from the cashier to the gentleman who put it on a cart and brought this heavy box right to my van. Great service and what's more he did it with a smile and thanked me for my purchase.

I am a REPEAT customer because of the great prices, Service, and recognition of my Military Service. Thanks again.

I recently purchased a toro snowblower. it works very well and i am glad i made the purchase.

I use to shop at a competitor when I lived in Kenmore but since moving to Williamsville I shop here and love it. Staff are the difference. Associates that actually help without asking and know their stuff. Two thumbs up.

THEY HELPED ME FROM START TO FINISH, ALSO LOADING MY CAR WITH THE HEAVY THINGS. HELPED ME, BECAUSE I REQUESTED TO FILL OUT A HOME DEPOT CC, THEY NEVER ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO, IT WAS ALL ME. THEY WERRE GREAT! I WISH I HAD A PHOTO OF MY CART! THESE GIRLS WERE JUST AMAZING!

I have ordered Andersen conversion kits at the window desk twice now (total 20 windows and screens) - Eric is the guy to work with - patient, thorough, and knowledgeable!

I bought paint at this store and it was so dusty I had to wash my hands. I could not wipe off the product because the washroom only had a blow dryer.

Joe in Doors helped us with our project! He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped with our special order door and also with the stock items we needed. Great experience!

I wish I new his name. He found the remaining bottle of the stuff I was looking for. It was tucked way in the back of the shelf hidden behind a different bottle that was placed in the wrong spot. Kudos to that rep! He saved me an extra trip and saved the sale for HD!
