Would give 5 stars, but today the cashier not very helpful when asking for assistance with the military discount she said I needed to register online, after seeing me try at the self checkout she said she would do it but I still need to complete the registration. When leaving store we noticed she only discounted 1 item, I did not feel like returning. They made this old Vet feel like a cheapskate.

Had a really good experience at this Home Depot the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing all my home improvements at this location.

Brooke is very knowledgeable head to toe about everything in the Garden Center. She always is happy to be at work and truly enjoys her job. She has an outstanding attitude every time I visit which makes the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

This gentleman went above and beyond in helping us search for a washer and drying. Attentive, funny and very helpful!

The staff at the Kemah, TX Home Depot is much more friendly that some of the other locations around Houston. When I can, I try to shop for my harware and home items there.

Had to buy a lot of carpeting for several projects, not something I have to do on any regular basis ( maybe once every 3-5 years . But I landed in a sweet spot with the specialist in that department & won = saved a bundle & bought even better carpeting than what I had hoped for.

I was having a hard time finding items as my husband usually does the shopping when it comes to Home Depot but I recently lost him and had to do it on my own and each employee in the different departments were super helpful. ZK was at the checkout and could tell I was struggling with carrying my items so he came up to me and grabbed the heavier items and another lady got me a cart to make it easier to get the items to my vehicle. From start to finish my visit was top notch!!

About a month ago I bought some cleaning and refreshing products and browsed the tools section and took notice of some tools I would like to buy for the holidays.

Needed electrical tool and some hand tools the other location didn't have much of a selection as this store. The workers in were nice . I'm needed at was locked away but got helped immediately which was great considering that sometimes no one is around. At check out the Renee was very helpful .

This store is nice to have so close to home. They have always had everything I need in stock. Except seeds to plant this fall.

Every time I've walked into this store I'm offered assistance with locating products. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. This particular Home Depot is a great addition to this community.

VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE

Although it is currently inconvenient to travel on SH 146 due to construction of a new highway and bridge, it is well worth it to make the trip to the Clear Lake Shores Home Depot. This location's selection and competent salesforce makes your purchases easy. The construction is only a temporary setback. .

The customer service rep "Lukeitsha" at the return booth near the entrance was great at helping me with a return item. The store did not have it in stock, but she was able to order it for me and have it delivered to store. She gave me several options to choose from

I have been shopping at Home depot for many years. And have delt with some discrental employees before. And seems like ever since Covid. Everything has totally changed. And all of the employees seem to really do a great job. And they make me feel welcome. Also, the forklift drivers seem to be on the ball now days. Very impressive. I drove forklift for over 20 years. And it takes lots of patiences to deal with what they do. Also the Pro desk employees are the best I have seen at any store.

Today my wife daughter and I came in today to get some limestone edgers for a tree we are planting. The check out only had one register open and the person at self checkout walked over and closed the register line with us waiting for next. Said nothing to us. We then went to the self checkout and asked for help looking up the edgers as there’s no tag on them. She huffed at us and acted like her doing anything is our fault. Will not go back to this location with these kinds of employees. If you come here go to garden center as the cashiers there are always helpful.

I usually shop at this Home Depot because it is close to my house however everytime I’m here at this store I never get any help. Especially in lumber/building materials. I went to buy some plywood and other supplies for a project and was looking to get the plywood cut in half. I asked one of the employees for help and he said he was the only on in the department today and had 3 people in front of me. As I waited for the 30 minutes by the saw and the employee never acknowledging me I decided to just leave. When I called the manager to express my frustration he said well it’s Friday and payday that’s why we are short handed…what? Get better managers and employees!!

Every time I have visited this Jaime depot they’ve always had what I was looking for including the Galveston store

I interacted with five (5) different employees in three (3) different departments and none appeared to be knowledgeable about the products I needed. I had to go back the next day with my handyman to select the products he needed for my projects. That means he was on the clock and not able to start his jobs until we purchased all the items. I took with travel time about 1 hour.

Very good selection of quality bedding plants and soils. The Store Associate "Brooke" was helpful, knowledgeable and professional to us - a genuine Subject Matter Expert.

Both of these employees were very accommodating to me went through all the physical labor and physical activity to help me I would definitely shop there again

As a home owner, when I need anything done at the house. Home depot is where I go to get my supplies. The employees are so friendly and helpful.
