As I said in the survey, your Clear Lake employee, Ish, who works in the electrical department went above and beyond to help me out. I will be returning to this Home Depot because of people like him

All were very helpful and friendly at this store. Nice to know that if I have a question or can't find what I need someone is there fir me without an attitude.

I’ve been shopping here for quite some time now and every time I’m in I always have the kindest interactions with the staff. I always get my paint from Cassidy then head out to garden to see Brooke!

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially in their garden center they are so rude.

Any time I come in this location no one is friendly or helpful. Store manager was supposed to call me back about an issue and never did. This is why the employees act like they do.

She made me feel so welcome she got to know me and my problem and offered so many solutions to my one problem and she was extremely attentive to me and she was so nice out of all the people I’m sure are nice but she found me lost and helped me out I’d definitely like her service again please give this woman a pay raise she works so hard because she knew the store like the back of her hand and new many solutionsto a single problem

The Employees at this store are all so Friendly and willing to help. Doesn't matter what department. We really enjoy going to this store better than any other Home Depot

I bought this less than a week and I went to pick it up but 4 boxes were missing.

I cannot say enough about the employees of this store. Many I have come to rely on for their expertise with products, uses, and requirements. I have spent 4 years on remodeling my house (kitchen, new dining room, new master bath, new master closet, 8 new electrical circuits, new garage). Without the Clear Lake Home Depot and their expertise, I could not have accomplished all that I have!!

I purchased a new washing machine and dryer on 12/1/2021 and the salesman in that department was very efficient and knew the products he was selling.

Zion, and exemplary employee of Home Depot, saw that I had left my keys at the self checkout register. He quickly rushed them out to me. What could have been a nightmare time waste or worse was eliminated by the quick actions of Zion. Zion is a tribute to young men everywhere. Thanks Zion for all you do for the fortunate customers at the Clear Lake Shores location.

I have nothing but good experiences with everything I buy at this store. 2 employees this week (I'm a recent widow and am in this store 5 days a week) went above and beyond normal duties to help me. They were Kenneth Ray and Tammy Henderson. They're very good at their job!

My experience at Home Depot was fine, however the 3rd party installation company was a bust. After I explained my fiasco with the installation company they use, Home Depot was very understanding and, at my request, refunded over $5,000 in installation charges without any arguments.

Great customer service and no hassle with issues on missing part from a grill purchased

Selling reconditioned mower as new. First employee told me mower was discounted because they need the space.Mod did admit mower was reconditioned. Cusstomer service desk after an hour still diden't have tthe mower rung up. I lefft and called the manager. He told me give them another chance. Assured me mower would be redy for checkout when I got there. Customer service still couln't ring it up. It shouln't take 3 trips and 3 hours to buyy a mower. IIf aaa product iis reconditioned it should be clearly marked as such

The store was clean and well stocked. The associate that gave me directions to the isle I could find what I was looking for was working in a deferent aisle. This impressed me very much. The other big box stores usually have to call someone else. They could use some more signage on the wall in of the back isles. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the signage.

We went to buy a jet Burner and when i found it on the shelf there were 4 different prices, so i asked an associate ( older white male) which one of these prices are correct, he scanned the item and said none of these are correct, they are "miss priced" he said that if i took a picture of both the isle and the label they would do a price override at the register. When i got to the check out the cashier was very courteous and pleasant, she called the LEAD CASHIER over to help with the price override and the RUDEST HUMANBEING came over. I showed her the picture on my phone, which she tried to grab out of my hand, then made me walk back to the department to prove the picture was real..then after all that she wasn't even the manger.. To top that... as i am walking away, behind my back she asked the cashier for a copy of my receipt with my CC # on it. When i asked why she needed that she said to "show" the manager. I waited and spoke to the manager and he said he didn't need a copy. So why is she making duplicate receipts without customer approval or consent? No one could answer that question for me.

This store does not honor the US Veteran. Proof that I am veteran by using my TDL was not acceptable at this store! So I did not receive the 10% they advertise that they offer veterans. Don’t be fooled.

I would probably change my way of thinking if they would only recognize that they made a mistake and make it right since I order this material over a week ago and if it wasn't because I inquired today I would have never known and I would have been waiting for this material to show up I don't know what they doing but I would like to see if a manager or somebody of importance will take care of this problem

Wayne (in bathrooms) and Ange (in paint) are two of the best customer service 'floor help' I have ever had! Both were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, asked questions and sincerely wanted to help me, which they did! Their service is what every employee that helps your customers should aspire to be. I left your store feeling great about the items I purchased that I KNOW with out their help I would not have been confident in what I bought (shower door installation kit and specific paint for bathroom)

Generally I find good products at fair prices. However I seldom purchase hardware (nuts, bolts, screws, drawer slides and pulls, etc.) because I can usually find much better prices for these types of items elsewhere (this is a comment about HD in general, not this particular store).

I love my Clear Lake Shores HOME DEPOT....
