We built our house and constantly have projects that we are working on for finishing up. Home Depot in Cold Spring has met all of our building needs. Their staff is friendly and very helpful. When spring gets here, I can't wait for their mulch sale! There's selection of flowers, trees and vegetables ais also pretty fantastic!

I bought two light fixtures there and plan on buying more

Do not understand why I mage to have two separate accounts on on my pro account which I get no discounts use this to track sales easy for end of year taxes ,! And a separate account for military discount. Was able to do both few years ago. I am not out to take advantage of your services just do not understand. Thanks. GB.

I ordered tools online on Black Friday. When I picked up at the store I discovered additional sales . Customers service employees and store manager reviewed my order and explained in detail the store sales ( free tool ) as I was a tad confused. They made my decisions so much easier and I actually saved money !! Great customer service , floor employees so helpful as well as manager !! Friendly and clean store to shop !!

I had an excellent experience when purchasing my new washer and dryer. When I had an issue with my order, Tabitha and her team went above and beyond to make my order a success. I would shop here again with the assurance that if something went wrong that there would be friendly people here to help.

I went to the Cold Spring location today to buy a new refrigerator. Lenny help to make the process smooth and easy. Even with my three rambunctious boys that were with me.

I find that the HD store is easy to get in and find what you need, and checking out is a breeze whether doing self checkout or using the staff. They generally have in stock most all the items I need.

Everybody was one point at crescent springs ky home Depot besides having to wait cause there wasn't another worker to assist me other then that my visit was Great

The lumber i purchased was a good value and of good quality.

This store is always helpful and have knowledgeable products. They don't tell you where products are they go with you to show you and then then ask if there is anything else you need. Love this tore and love the experience while shopping.

At the checkout a young man named Isaiah was so polite and helpful.

I do prefer Home Depot for supplies I need for my small home projects, but Cold Spring location is my favorite. Not that I have had bad experiences at other locations, I just prefer the less congestion of the Cold Springs area over Florence. Consistent good customer service, professional, helpful, and friendly.
