this Homedepot has about everthing you need if not they will get it for you .the staff is very helpful.

I was able to get the things I wanted easily as they were in the same place as at my usual store. I like that because it makes shopping easier. I used this store because I was visiting my daughter in Highland Heights and we were driving by. Stopping here made it so I did not have to stop on my way home. It was convenient.

Rich, the assistant store manager is great. He is like an old time hardware store consultant where the guys have real knowledge about everything. Calm , cool and collected and just knows how to find a solution He also was very dedicated to helping. Great asset to Home Depot. Home depot also had a good variety of product for this unique need. A lot of stores do not have good stock due to their pressure to do everything on line.(Online shopping is the answer to all shoppers needs) Thanks Rich and Home Depot for hiring this gentlemen.

Store is always nice. Some of the newer and younger personal could benefit from further training in their areas of placement i.e. plumbing, electrical etc.

I'm sure everyone was busy. I usually have someone to assist me or check and see if I need anything.

This store has employees that actually "go the extra mile." Here's an example of this practice: We purchased a rod to fit our filing cabinet as we were missing such a rod from our recent move. The store employee that assisted us cut the rod to fit our filing cabinet's space. When we got home and attempted to put it into the filing cabinet, the rod was about 1/8th of an inch too long. When I got back to this Home Depot, that employee was on her break. But instead of being told "sorry, she's left for the day" or "she's on break and can't help you" (which can be typical of most large establishments), the other cashier called her off her break, and she met me at the area that the cutting machine was located and cut the rod to fit perfectly in our filing cabinet. This employee went out of her way for me ON A SUNDAY EVENING!!! Not sure whether you've had that kind of luck at other establishments but I have not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to OUR Home Depot in Cold Spring, KY and see for yourself what can be a great customer experience!

This store always has experienced and knowledgeable staff.

I would like to thank the Home Depot in Cold Spring KY and all of their employees, for a very pleasant purchasing experience. The new Samsung washer and dryer will be a big plus for us in our new Condo. My wife loves the stainless steel black finish. It's her favorite color... Our older units our still running, but it's always nice to have new appliances... Thanks to Billy, and the Home Depot!

Paint lady was very rude and unfriendly. Also I needed help finding an item and couldn't find any employees in lumber or any surrounding areas so I gave up. I then went to self checkout and there was one lady that looked like she might be working but then there were 3 other employees just standing there chatting with her. Also some aisles were so messy I couldn't get my shopping cart through.

this store is very convenient for us to use.

My husband sends me to Home Depot regularly to get things as he is rehabbing a house. This store is always helpful and doesn't give me "sigh" when I really don't know anything about the "joist screws" or 8 ft 2 x 4 or whatever it is I need to purchase.

I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman who asked if I need some assistance. I did and he stayed with me thru my shopping experience. He was very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but this store is small and didn't carry what I wanted. The service desk people were very helpful and located the item I wanted at the Florence, ky store. They called the store and they only had 4 of the items left so they put them on hold for me. I was able to pay for the items in the Cold Spring location.

The Home Depot stores seem to have the knack for having just what I need. How do they do that? They just hire the right people and order the best merchandise. I have purchased $$$$$ in products the past 2 years and have been extremely pleased with the quality. The homedepot.com webpage is very user friendly and responds to the users store locator selection...(while the other big store's never works!)

Best customer service of any home improvement store I have visited recently.
