I bought my fencing for 150 feet along with all the parts. I had a wonderful experience and received everything I needed to get the job done.

Bought three identical toilets just because Kevin said so. But when the staff member your talking to is a retired master plumber and theres a line of customers just waiting to talk to him in the middle of the irrigation aisle, you know a store has got something truly special.

I ordered a sales item at the College Place, WA store, 4 times the wrong size item was shipped to the store, and the 5th time I had to order a different Item and pay $20.oo more. The store employee and I, were unable to understand warehouse or shipping dept. attendant, or clearly explain to him what the item was that we had ordered. He either didn't speak or understand English or was inebriated.

Store Manager, Rebecca, is an outstanding personable, responsible Employee of the College Place Home Depot. She went above and beyond to help me out.

They treat you very good,,, Like it's their first day in business.

I was yelled at for walking away from the self checkout register after there was a card error. I was told I can't leave. The irony is that nobody was there to help me so I walked away to register 2 and got help. Ronald didn't greet me at register 2. The cashiers there don't care about customer service or the customer experience.

What a great experience I just had purchasing a leaf blower . I had no idea which one to purchase and Sam asked if I needed help . He was patient, informative, friendly and helpful in explaining all of the options. I left feeling excited for my purchase and amazed with the small town experience I had with Sam’s help. Top notch customer service! Way to go Home Depot! Then while I checked out , Graesyn helped me walk back to the garden department , find Sam and together they assured I had the best price on the item . I give Home Depot 5 stars and Sam and Graesyn 10!

TOD THE CASHIER WAS VERY KIND

I have been buying alot lately and have got great deals and good customer service!!

I needed help finding a type of sand for my application, and the outdoor employee dropped what he was doing and helped me find the right type of sand and how much I needed for the job, and guided me to where it was at the store. When the pallet didn't have enough bags for my job, he went out and came back with a forklift and a pallet of more. Great customer service.

Wasted time trying to find out why home depot website shows items for a certain price at this location, but when you arrive at store the price is higher and customer service (asst Mgr) says they won’t price match their own website. You can order the exact same item and wait 3 days for it to show up, or pay their higher price for “in stock” items. Even if you pay online and select “ship to store” and then proceed to customer service to pick up the already in stock item, they say you can’t have that one, they have to “special order” another one of the exact same SKU that you can come back for when it arrives. Wasting time and money. Makes no sense.

Every time I come, the associates always ask if I need anything or they give me directions to where to look or they come with me to look for what I need. I feel welcomed to ask questions to anything I need. I appreciate my local store.

I am happy with College Place Home Depot. The customer service is great.

The attitude of the employees, matches the selection in being the best.

Bought a Toshiba portable A/C / heater. Failed to work out of the box. Never would cool and repeatedly tripped it's own GFI. I expected better from Toshiba. Given the effort it took to get it home, unpack it then repack it and take it back to HD - a major waste of time. Very disappointed with Toshiba and the fact that HD had no other comparable units to try.

I purchased a washer/dryer set. The transaction was swift and the sales associate was pleasant to work with.

I have made three trips to the College Place Home Depot during the last month and was very pleased each time with the selection, quality and customer service.

Ron R the cashier was the most knowledgeable and customer friendly person I’ve ever dealt with at any Home Depot.

I had the perfect visit to Home Depot. A sales associate helped me find a specific replacement bulb. I am especially grateful because I forgot my glasses and needed to read fine print! Next, Jeff the cashier was friendly and funny. :) Then, when I discovered I lost my receipt - Lance was able to print a copy for me. Perfect visit!

I am knee deep in a remodel and have found this Home Depot Store to be exceptional in every way. While they have many good employees, Fred (in flooring) excels them all. He goes above and beyond every time. As I watch him, I see how other employees rely on him, as well as other customers. Exceptional store.

I go to home depot a lot and am always happy when I leave the staff is always smiling and happy to help find what we need Thank you Kristen the cashier in the assistance we needed when we got the airconditioners on Saturday may 20th much appreciated

Polite and patient cashier, female, self checkout.

Went to buy a small piece of cable today in College Place. Could not find anyone to cut it for me. Cut it my self and took a picture of the tag with the product in the back of it. Went to cashier Ronald and when he asked me if someone ciut the cable for me I said no. Before I could say anything else he said of course not and walked away. Came back a few minutes later and typed the item number in. I told him I had the number and that the cable was 3 ft. He looked at me and said I can't trust you because people steal like this all the time. He needs a class on how to hand these types of situations.

This store tyipically does not have the best customer service. mos tof the time the greeter just stares at you as you enter. I usually say hi anyway. Most of the time the employees on the floor can be found in an unproductive clump of 4-5 on the back isle. I have never been asked by an employee if i needed help finding something. They are not rude but not helpful either.
