My one stop shop.

Quick visit today for some material from the Garden section. Most of the garden materials were still out, well stocked and the section was not busy. I was going in for some bricks and was surprised how well stocked the garden section was with bricks, planting materials, decoration material and even "farm fresh" sod.

Very poor customer service, poorly trained employees, and cluttered aisles. They seem to move inventory around at prime shopping times, completely blocking aisles to do so. Employees are not knowledgeable and often the inventory is in the wrong location or not available. This used to be a decent Home Depot but it has sadly gone down hill in the past 1-2 yrs

Kathy in customer service was so helpful in getting my carport ordered. She was friendly, super knowledgeable and just so kind. I could not have ordered this unit on the computer by myself. She made my day!

The employees at this store make my day. Always a smile from each and every one, along with a request ofdo you need assistance finding something.

Best Home Depot ever!!

this store is vey much understaffed. You spend a lot of time looking for associates to find things or answer questions. The staff that are working are friendly and helpful. You just can't find any. I think there must have been a 30-40% staff reduction. My complaint used to be that the associates were too helpful and you used to trip over the associates. Now you spend half your time in the store searching for people in orange aprons. It appears to be poorly managed.

I have received consistently good service at this location. It is rare that I leave the store without being very, or completely satisfied. Of course there are exceptions when it gets very busy, as in all retail, however I have found employees very helpful, very much willing to spend the time they can to help find items, and often go out of their way. There are, as in all retail, times when it is just too busy to spend the extra time with a customer, however I have found the majority of employees will do their best to try to keep everyone as happy as possible. I have shopped at Home Depot stores since their early days, at stores in 3 States and at least 5 towns. This Home Depot rates as high as the best, or higher in customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.

Needed some new batteries for my DeWalt tools. Russell helped with this then told me about a DeWalt chainsaw that was on sale. As a woman, the gas chainsaw has always been problematic for me. This is a game changer on my farm with thousands of trees!!!

Jennifer in kitchen design is amazing. She has provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and we were able to get the products and appliances that we wanted for our remodel! We appreciate good customer service!

Would like to see better products in garden department

spent a couple of hours in the College Place store yesterday, when it was jammed with customers. Completely outfitted a new kitchen, grabbed garden materials and plants, picked up a full pallet of pavers...........service was topnotch!

Since losing your last 2 managers, I would suggest you call every employee that has left the company and apologize and offer them their jobs back. As those managers and some still remaining caused them to leave. Also you could consider not worrying about numbers so much and focus more on customer service and how you treat your staff. Doing a better job at this....the numbers will come automatically. Honestly...you should be ashamed of your selves...ohh and product quality and pricing is a scam...

I love Home Depot. I've never gone there to find something and not find it. If I have questions, the staff is amazingly happy to help in anyway possible. It is the best store to go to for all my handyman projects and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the products I buy there.

I needed a canopy for an event and could not wait for it to be shipped. Store had good selection and reasonable price. Staff was helpful and loaded into cart and car. Good Experience

I challenge any person that thinks there is a better place to shop than the College Place Home Depot. Go ahead, take the challenge... because the College Place Home Depot is on the dot of perfection. The employees are seriously ALL ABOUT making you happy. There is not any other store I have been at that can even compare to the awesomeness of the Home Depot in College Place, WA. If I were ANY other store, I would sincerely shop at the College Place Home Depot.... because this store has it ALL in order. Seriously, Customer service here is remarkable! The store has lots of good things here...but the customer service is outstanding in every way. I actually stopped during my shopping experience to admire how a cashier named “Tina” at the customer service desk was effortlessly multitasking with multiple customers and every customer was pleased and happy! Sometimes Home Depot wont always have something your looking for, but the store “actually keeps you happy as they help you find what your looking for”. That is a shopping experiamce every person should experience. Hands Down!

The concrete board I was looking for had been discontinued at my local, independent lumberyard. Three other independent businesses could order it, but at nearly double the cost. Here I found it in stock and at a considerably lower price. Very nice that I could browse the inventory on their web site first.

This Home Depot is NOT like other locations. These people mean business! They are serious about customer service! If they see you even looking confused, they get right over to you and make sure you leave the store "unconfused". They seem to always have the right answers and products. If they dont have the answers, they FIND a person in the tore that HAS the answers you need for what your looking for. I dont care if Im too far away from this Home Depot, I will always make sure I SHOP AT this specific Home Depot. This place is as friendly, courteous and thorough as any customer would ever hope a Home Depot (or any other store) to be. Thanks Home Depot.

Laura and Tina are the BEST!!!!!!! THEY ARE SO QUICK TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER AND ISSUE IS COMPLETED CORRECTLY... Tina and Laura were aware that "Tosco" mat have lied to us and just wandered off while me and my company needed serious help in plumbing.... Laura, Tina and Gary QUICKLY (THEY ARE THE BEST) saw the issue and helped us get our purchase made...we have been shopping the College Place Home Depot since the original opening date and are VERY PLEASE THAT Laura, tine and Gary were there to help us make another happy purchase.
