Loved the selection of flowers

Bryan Jennings was my Appliance Specialist and he was absolutely AWESOME! He assisted me with purchasing a new Refrigerator. Bryan was extremely polite, kind, greeted me and answered all of my questions! Home Depot should be proud of employees like Bryan! Thank you, Bryan!!!

Always find the staff helpful. Aisle were less cluttered than usual. Not a fan of self checkout but at least it works better than it used too!

We bought a fridge that once we got home had a few dents. They were able to refund us for this quickly.

STORE IS A JOKE WHEN IT COMES TO SELECTION AND STOCKAGE

Could have used some empathy or better service for the problem! I paid for a heated coat! The charger didn’t work or charge my battery from the start…they said this was normal for this product my options was return the coat which I did like or buy a new battery that has a better charger!!!!! I shouldn’t have to buy more stuff cause the items this coat came with didn’t work!!!!

Home Depot has the most helpful employees in town by far. I shop home improvement stores a lot and I occasionally go to the others, but the other big box stores are not helpful or knowledgeable.

Visited close to closing time but wasn't rushed by any of the helpful staff as we were pointed in the right direction on each occasion we ask for help or was asked if we needed any help. Never had a bad experience in all the times I've shopped at store #3001. Keep up the good work

I do like the Home Depot store in Columbia. Everyone is helpful and friendly and they allow me to come in with my dog. This store always has a great selection of the things I need and I never have to worry that I could find things for less anywhere else.

I am tired of about a half dozen emails from HomeDepot every day. 2or 3 per week would be enough. Would hate to completely block them.

I bought paint in Home Depot and I can tell everybody this is the best place to bought paint or anything else very good quality

I've gone to this home Depot 4 times in the last 2 weeks and gotten great help each and every time. Paul in electrical, darin in appliances, chuck in cabinetry? Everyone was great and exceeded all of my expectations and then some.

Staff is usually always available to help when needed. It is nice to see employees that enjoy their job even when they are really busy.

Purchased a lawnmower after many years of working on my current one couple times every mowing season (can't give a photo as the mower is on the truck and OTW now) John Deere Z330R Zero Turn

Over the years I started buying Ridged tools in Dalhart Tx because of the endorsements I had. Ater moving back to Mo I`ve continued with these tools. The battery guarantee is one of the best I know about

Karissa helped me order a new refrigerator, she was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout my transaction.

We bought a washer and dryer set and they were awesome in helping us figure out how to get it ordered and then I wanted a cordless grinder which I could not find because it was Black Friday and a couple different ladies went above and beyond to get me the grinder I wanted. Thank you for being so kind and patient with us.

My local HD in Columbia MO generally has some great helpful staff that know their industry areas, and they frequently hunt customers down to see if I or others need help.

After spending almost 3000.00 dollars this week in HD I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED to learn at the check out that HD has changed its Military Discount Policy. I was told today by the cashier that HD has placed a 400.00 Yearly limit on the discount and now you can’t use it to purchase lumber, Sheetrock or major appliances. I have always been a devoted customer to HD because they support the Military and extended us the 10% discount. I have driven out of my way many times to shop at HD because of the support you have given to the military. When I heard today how the discount had been gutted and the limitations now placed on it I was very disappointed. Most disabled veterans are on a fixed income so we appreciate these discounts because without it we wouldn’t be able to shop there. Now we will be forced to shop elsewhere in search of these discounts because the economy is so bad now…I depended on the discount HD and I wish you would please reconsider your changes and continue with the way things were.

This store provided good customer service, good selection of materials. The only drawback is it is difficult accessing the store. It is in a very congested area of Columbia.

Super helpful workers

I was looking for a light fixture and did not find it on the shelf. I asked an associate if he could help. He said sure, dropped what he was working on and retrieved the fixture I was looking for from the top stocking shelfs with a ladder. Supper nice.
