I am a DIY guy and don't know windows and doors very well. Oscar was patient and professional, answering all my questions about the different products. He helped me with sizing and door swing, etc. I only planned to get a quote when I visited, but he made me feel so confident with the selection that I made a purchase instead. Ask for Oscar if you need help with a window or door order.

I originally ordered a curbside pick up of 10 bags of rocks. I live an hour away from the home depot store in Concord but had to get them because my local home depot didn’t have them in stock. I wait for them to send an email saying my order is ready and then make the long drive and check in. An employee finally comes out 10 minutes later without the items. They say it’ll be another 5-10 minutes to get all the items. 15 minutes a different worker comes without our items again to tell us the items are out of stock and they’re cancelling our order. I was really upset because I had to drive an hour away for rocks that “weren’t” even there. I did my part and waited until I got a confirmation that the rocks were in stock and ready for me to pick up. Did they not actually fulfill my order and just said it was ready without even checking if they were in stock? That’s horrible. I check online to see how much they had in stock because I remember way more than I ordered. When i check it said 100+ were in stock so I decide to go in the store and look for them. I FIND ALL OF THEM. SO THE EMPLOYEES JUST DIDNT WANT TO GET MY ORDER! I then tell the same employee that cancelled my order that I found them and they said that the rocks we found weren’t the same rocks I ordered. So we go and look and match up the item # to my order and they are the correct rocks. How do I know how to find the correct item more than you do? I then have to buy them all again and just wait for the online refund to come back in 3-5 business days. TELL your employees to ACTUALLY do their job.

I needed help and there were people there to help me in each department. They were young, polite, friendly and helpful. They went and found things for me, even went and got me a cart when I needed it for a door I was buying. I was highly impressed that I got help and they actually helped me, not just send me off down the aisle to find it myself. Also, Yvonne, the cashier was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and helped me utilize some coupons I had that I wanted to get the most out of.

We love the monthly kids workshop that is offered for free for the kids! They build something and then are able to paint it in the store. It’s such a fun activity! And of course we always get a few items we need around the house after the workshop is over. It’s. A great way to get people into the store that has most everything!

No hi, no thank you from this cashier. She yelled at the customers and asked them to move up to her.

The cashier dianne accused me of cutting someone in line when I was clearly next. They belittled me and embarrased me for something that was true

Everything is clean, staff is amazing and super nice, everything is where it is supposed to be and most times quantities on the app are accurate at the store. This is actually my favorite store!

I like shopping at this homedepot location. The employees are very nice and helpful and I'm usually there getting lost and asking lots of dumb questions, so it's great when they are patient and exceed my customer service expectations. I've always found the items I needed and they are in stock, sometimes with same day delivery options, which is super convenient as well.

Great store with knowledgeable staff in every department. Special shout-out to Ali in Customer service, and Jose at the PRO desk. They are good people.

I like the paint department staff who did professional job. The staff was able to give professional advise how to protect the paint of the wood. The Cashier helped me save money by opening the new Home Depot Credit Card.

I bought bags and bags of mulch this month and had great help both with the cashier and then with Ryan J. who loaded them into my car. He couldn't have been more helpful or professional. Thank you Team Home Depot for being super helpful, efficient and friendly.

I wanted to purchase several heavy bags, that were located outside. I did not want to drag them across the store. So I took a picture of the item and the UPC. I barely had to wait in the check-out line and Gina was there to help me. She was happy to help me purchase the bags, sight-unseen. She agreed it was doing it the smart way. Using the image she quickly found the material in the check-out computer. And helped me find a discount code that I missed that reduced the price to the display price. While we are chatting she heard that I a child and offered me a free picket bird feeder.

Excellent service and products. The young man that helped me, Ryan, was knowledgeable, pleasant and I cannot express again how very helpful he was. Ask for Ryan for a good shopping experience.

Manuel is the man. Super friendly and helpful. How he found me in the rather large parking lot to give me an item that I forgot, I’ll never know, but this man needs a raise!

Horrible customer experience from Zobar, Flooring, who did not care to provide after he paged for service that did not show up at all for over an hour. After several cashiers paging for help and manager to come, no one shows up and the sweet Casher Gina ends helping me load the box of tiles in my cart. Several employees that were working on that aisle on inventory just looked at me and one calls the manager who did not show up. Not acceptable service and lousy customer experience. Avoid Zobar and work with Jimmy, excellent and helpful. Gina is the best Cashier who went out of her way to help load.

The staff was very helpful in me returning recessed lights that were the wrong color. They then went on to help me place new order.

Such a fun place to shop to make our homes look fabulous!

I bought two brings for my motorcycle project. Moving indoor. I run in with old people of the past. The whole experience was fair.

Went in there to buy a few thing and was greeted my associates. When I was having trouble finding what I needed they helped me and directed me to the correct location. When I approached the cashier Larissa greeted me a huge smile and conversed with me for a bit.

Got such Healthy looking plants on my last visit. Can't wait to fit them in my yard

She was knowledgeable, kind & patient with questions, offered expert advice, explained both the product and delivery services, and educated me on property delivery set up and inspection. I have had to buy several large kitchen appliances in the past several months. Every time I went to the Concord store, they had only one person staffing this area and I had to wait over 30 minutes each time. They also had just one cashier open and I waited in that line for another 15 minutes. I dread having to go to this store. I tried ordering online and wanted to use Visa gift cards, but could not, thus why I had to go to the store. It is never a pleasant experience at this store.

Today, a busy Sunday, I found Handicapped parking. Did my return fast and easy. Was asked in Garden if I needed help. Then an employee knew where to direct me for plant good. Glove selection was great. Gina, the Cashier, was so welcoming she made me want to open a Home Depot credit card and made it easy: I got a $25 discount! A really perfect shopping experience in every way!
