I shop at H D a lot 99% are great not this one. Out of stock of paint related products. Store cluttered.

We were able to get what we needed and what was not on the shelf, was pulled for us right away.

We had been going to this HD for awhile since moving several months ago. It was this past weekend where we truly experienced the best service from a team at HD. An online order I had for a dishwasher showed inaccurate pricing that negated the original discount despite my email order confirmation providing the original price. This team consisting of Daisy, TL, Mynor, Uriel & Michelle called phone support- unfortunately they wouldn’t honor the original price from my email and ultimately took it upon themselves to offer us the discount by re-ordering it through their physical store. Talk about going above and beyond for the customer. They are friendly, personable and truly a family-oriented team that I just have to highlight because usually home improvement stores don’t always showcase a Costco-like atmosphere of positive teamwork. But we experienced it this time and I’m just grateful for the time they spent with us.

Special Service Associate “Uriel” was extremely condescending and rude. As the world’s LARGEST home improvement retailer that aspires to excel in service to its customers, it is important to provide quarterly trainings that reflect the quality customer service that has made this retailer the LARGEST. I believe that customer service is important in any business. Special Service Associate Uriel - LACKS the customer service quality that The Home Depot is known for and his performance should be re-evaluated. Retraining is highly recommended. No one should ever be treated the way I was treated. This associate slammed the product on the counter and spoke in a very condescending matter and is extremely confrontational. This is NOT the first time he has been condescending to the customers of this retailer/store. It is extremely important to treat ALL customers with RESPECT and DIGNITY and that is NOT the service that this Special Services Associate is providing its customers. Part of putting customers and associates FIRST is being able to provide the required training to its associates in order to continue achieving excellence and continue to excel in customer service. Let’s do better Home Depot!!

I got help with the item i was looking for. Employee went above and beyond to help me.

The cashier at the self checkout named Sylvia was extremely rude and really seemed like she didn't want to be there and hated her job. I understand not wanting to be at work but to let it pour out into being rude to customers is just poor customer service. She was very impolite in helping a gentleman checkout and look up something and was the same way to a girl who was checking out. She seemed to rush people and make them feel bad for asking for help. I think the girl also sensed that and felt intimidated in asking for more help. As she proceeded to head towards a different register, Sylvia stopped her and accused her of taking the item she didn't pay for. The girl explained and apologized when she didn't need to but Sylvia was just still so rude, didn't listen to her and proceeded to tell her she should have just gone to a regular register with such annoyance. If Sylvia hadn't been rushing the poor girl and others and been so rude I doubt there would have been any issues. On top of all of that as I was looking for my items in store. Only 1 person asked if I needed assistance and helped me while other employees were hanging out and just talking not paying attention to the customers in store.

Such friendly staff. Came from Yorba Linda to pick up an item that was low in inventory. Angelica was awesome! Took my call and made sure I didn’t waste a trip. All the staff was amazing from start to finish!

Terrible store no one cares and the shelves are empty. Worst store ever

I needed rollers for my sliding glass patio door. The website did not show that they stocked the exact replacements. But they had two in stock when I got there. Totally awesome!

This store is a standout from others. If you like MUCH shorter check out lines and less parking lot madness then I encourage you to try this store. The manager(s) obviously have put a lot more thought into making the store visit much less a distasteful trip that some other Home Depot stores nearby. Like others the stock tends to be minimal but usually sufficient.

No employees want to assist you in finding your product or needs, no one walks you to where product is. Customer service at this location is the worst I’ve experience in all Home Depot I have shopped.

I loved this Home Depot what ever your looking for or need they will help and are happy to do so.

I bought a water heater and parts on 2 occasions and CLAUDIA handled both transactions on different days as I see from my receipts. She was so nice and sweet and helpful. She really pays attention to customers. I know as I used to be an operations manager for 14 years. I know when I see good people.

The employee (rosa) from the painting department was extremely rude not friendly or helpful at all. Horrible experience

This excellent service was given to me by CLAY in lumber department of this store. The first employee whom I encountered in aisle 10 was not helpful at all. Let other store employees be like CLAY who was very polite and valued me as a customer. The employees are there because of customers . Thanks, CLAY.

Sylvia is rude. Rolls her eyes. Said “you’re not listening to me. You don’t listen.” Will not shop here

During this very weird time in our country, all the limitations and constraints put on all of us, customer service has been subpar everywhere. However, I really want to take a few minutes to say I completely appreciate the customer service I received because it was phenomenal. Roman went out of his way and took his time to help me...that is rare these days due to everyone being in such a hurry. He made sure I had everything I needed and did it happily and I appreciate that. Yanely was an excellent cashier too!

LARGE GARDEN VARIETY, ALSO FIND HELPFUL RECOMMENDATIONS. THE STORE IS CLEAN WELL LIT AND THE INVENTORY ALWAYS NEATLY PRESENTED. THIS MEAN A LOT WHEN SHOPPING.

An employee at the returns counter gave me false information on not being able to do cash refunds due to COVID-19. I know that to be false and went to another location to attempt the same transaction, and it was quickly taken care of with no issues. It may have been a policy at that particular store, maybe? Otherwise, I have no complaint to speak of with the store or staff.

Made a special trip to Customer Service. Given instructions on how I wanted the shipment ,Uriel didn't listen to me!

I live closer to the Riverside store but it simply doesn’t compare to the Corona location. I find this store to be more organized and the workers to be more friendly and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Kennia at the service bar. She has helped me time after time, answering all my questions with such confidence, recommending items and product with her expertise, and overall being a great worker and human being. She is an asset to the company and I’ll continue to go to this location as long as Kennia is there.

The employee Frances and also the Manager are very accomodating.

Receive help when I asked. Customer service representative went the extra mile. Very refreshing to do business.

This store is very organized and well stocked.Manager Drew and Lili in garden were very helpful. This is my favorite store in my area. I also shop at the Eastvale store,which is nice but not as well stocked and the Riverside store which is unorganized and always out of what I need.

Manager Juan and store employee Chewy are amazing! Very helpful!!

Today I was greeted with a smile (through a mask) and a positive attitude by every employee in this store.

The return cashier was rude when I tried to return a plant. She said in order for me to return it, I would of had to use the Homedepot card. I've never heard of such a thing.
