This Home Depot Store is always my first choice when I am shopping for hardware, tools or any other items needed to do repairs or construction at my home.

Fernando at Lumber department was somehow arrogant and rude. Asked him why is it 50 cents cut for lumber here while South Corona and lake Elsinore Home Depot is only charging 25 cents. He said, It is our rule here with arrogant face. Eventhough, I have showed the other Home Depot picture sign price on my phone. He totally ignored with rude manner. I used to purchased and spent tons of money here at this location but unfortunately, employees are getting worst regarding on their customer service here. Employees are very arrogant and rude, ignoring customers, turning their backs pretending they were busy but not. Customers are the main source of income here other than fixing stuff that are unnecessary for the mean time when you see customers that are roaming around that could not figure out because no one was trying to help or assist them. Employees here are showing that because they are always having customers, they will just ignore and give them a bad service.

I walked into this Home Depot looking for an item that online it said it had 5 in stock. but I couldn't but I couldn't locate any of the items. a very nice employee walked up a very nice employee walked up to me and asked me if I needed help her name was Natalie. We could not find the item I was looking for so she said it must be in the rafters above let me go get a big ladder and go up there and find it for you. Wow that was something that I was not expecting this lady was so friendly polite and such a uplifting attitude. She definitely is an asset to your business. Thanks Richard.C.

Mr. Ahmad Sharkas had us beaming with smiles. We had gone in looking for a front door and french door. After spending an hour or so with a extremely nice traniee we were unsure about what we were getting or even looking at. We decided to check again with what was quoted and what they had to offer and that's when we meet Ahmad Sharkas. Within minutes he had corrected all the issues with our first quote, showed us every texture, color and option that was available and all with a smile. His knowledge with their systems and products is incredible. We are extremely happy and we love our new doors. Thank you Ahmad Sharkas!!

I appreciate the fact that Roger in the paint department was so nice and thoughtful with me. He help me find the paint color. I did notice how well and organized the store was. The moment I walked in I was greeted several times. The product was handy and easy to find. Thank you for the wonderful experience in a time when I was lost and confused due to my home going through a restoration. I really appreciated the interest the employees took to guide me with the colors and the best paint to get. Your all aweswome.

Melina J. at the Pro Services desk in this store is extraordinary! She cares so much about customers and is willing to do the seemingly impossible to provide the best in customer care. And Gary B, Store Manager, is concerned with every customer's experience, and at the same time, wanting each of his employees to get the recognition they deserve. This store ordered and installed our exquisite cherry KraftMaid kitchen and family room cabinets 20 years ago. When the Eastvale store opened we started shopping there because it was just a bit closer. However, since Melina J. was such a professional and dedicated associate who found a very hard-to-come-by product we were needing, we will be returning to the Corona store for all of our home improvement, gardening and household products in the future.

Friendliest employees I have a come across at a Home Depot. I would definitely make the drive again to this store.

I'm always able to find a department employee if I need help. They are always pleasant and helpful when needed. Store is clean, and I notice that all employees follow safety rules when working around customers.

OK!!! Since the store opened years ago, I have been going there. McKinley/Corona store. I do most of my shopping of soil and soil products from HD. I get most of my garden items I need from HD. The store is always clean and I'm able to find everything I need without help. Howev er, when I do need help the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful with me. I recommend this store for these reasons: 1) clean 2) availability of items 3) helpfulness of employees 4) been going there so long, I know a lot of employees. 5) please do not ever close this HD. I really depend on it and go there at least once or twice a week. Instead of going to a dress store, I go to Home Depot and get my kicks off. I attempt to do things on my own- I said attempt.

Great customer service. They even went out of there way to find me the proper item for the job.

Our family shops regularly at this Home Depot. Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Store is well stocked and clean.
