I purchased a 4 piece appliance package.. Due to my needs, I wanted to replace the original refrigerator in the package. I was able to do so without issue, at a comparable price, see the actual model & know the exact delivery date at the time of purchase.

The man working at the paint department service area, totally ignored. My presence did not offer to help. I stood there waiting for at least 10 minutes. The customer service and the department is severely. Unacceptable.. If you’re employees, don’t want a job, they should not be working for you. This person was too busy on his phone, not even to look up and see that customers needing an assistance. This person does not deserve to be employed.

The electrical receptacle and switch isle is highly unorganized.

Mulch is on sale this week and there was NO ONE in the mulch lot. Cashier called for assistance twice and I even called the service desk asking for assistance. After waiting for 15 minutes, some one finally came out and told me they were too busy inside .

Special order Room Darkening Mini Blind arrived damaged. Terr immediately jumped into action, she was willing to go direct to manufacture for me. Instead we worked to come with a in store solution. Custom Cut in store item to fit, Mini Blind installed on time! Thank you Terri and the entire front of house Team!

When it comes to having the right tools for the job, I always go to Home Depot. Home Depot offers a wide selection of tools, materials and products to complete any project you may have

I asked help from several employees. None were helpful. One was gruff and quite rude. Isles were blocked making shopping difficult. Many types of tape available but no scotch type wrapping tape in stock though this was one week B4 Christmas.

Helper makes it easier to find what you’re looking for faster and I’m thankful.

We were just in and had to come back and get more items and everyone I came in contact with was super helpful… even had to grab a random worker to do the math for us ;). Connie, Michelle and Katie came through for us again with excellent service ! Thanks again ladies!! I may just come back in to talk haha

We had to buy a lot of flooring which can be stressful…thank you Michelle Connie Jim and Katie .. you were so helpful and friendly! It was actually fun.. we laughed and it just made it very nice to spend a lot of money! ; ) well done!

I called around looking for a hard to find item and Carol went out of her way to not only check inventory but she also placed it behind the customer service deck to hold until I got there, thank you!

Believe it or not I find friendly employees at this store! It is easy to get to, conveniently located (for me), has good prices and sales AND: that retail unicorn-the friendly, helpful sales agent who goes out of their way for you. Also....Karin at the self checkout counter is very friendly, nice, helpful-she does not wait for you to ask, she checks in on you.

Set appointment up to buy security screen door. Everything went smooth 👍😊

The store itself as well stocked and clean. Doing self check out and having a rude employee come over and double check the items you counted is not a wonderful customer experience.

I just want to say that without the sales person Whitney this trip would have been very frustrating and she made it very easy and rewarding a experience for me. Kudos to Whitney!!!!
