Stacey (male) was so knowledgeable and helpful. He saved me from having to replace a set of locks by showing me that I could lubricate the locks with graphite. He was super helpful and his suggestion worked!! Thanks, Stacey for saving me $60 today and lots of time.

I had no idea of the type of paint I needed and one of the staff members helped me and my accent wall turned out amazing.

Great to see cashier Katie back as you check out. Always so friendly and always greets me with a hello. I truly missed her when she was gone for a little while.

Home Depot is close, convenient and always has the products we need for our home projects. Thankful for the online website to check stock and able to complete projects same day. We are able to buy and complete them move on to next project.

Dante was very helpful and polite, He helped my return a defective item that I had lost my receipt for. He quickly looked up my account and see the item was purchased on my HD Card. He credited my account and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Dante Rocks!!

Lindsay was wonderful to have assist me today. It wasn’t just me who had a good experience either; upon entering the store I saw her helping an older gentleman load very large boxes into his truck. Given it was just 11 degrees out at that time she was talking with him while loading up and doing so with a very nice genuine smile.

I just want to go camping in Home Depot ...Spend the entire weekend there.

The kitchen designer that we worked with was not only knowledgeable but enjoyed the challenge of redoing the cabinets in our very small kitchen.

We made a very large purchase and had some questions. Hari was VERY knowledgeable and gave us educated answers. He made our shopping experience so easy and he was very friendly. We ultimately purchased at this store because of Hari. Our local Home Depot did not give us the same experience just the day before.

This store looks as though a bomb went off in it. Very messy ailes. Many items in the wrong bin and/or no price tags. Do yourself a favor and find another unless you like flea markets and yard sales because that's what it looks like in this store

The customer service was exceptional. I worked in customer service for a major airline for 32 years, and the kindness and politeness and helpfulness I found at this store was the way all stores treated customers in "the olden days."!!!!!!

I am always able to find what I'm looking for at this store. It's easy to check their website to find out what you have and if it is in stock before I make a trip to the store!

The staff at this location is always friendly and knowledgeable, if you bump into someone that doesn’t have an answer for you they will find another staff member that can assist with your question. Aisles are usually very neat and orderly, and if they do not have a product in stock they will see if any of the other local stores have it available for you to pick up. Curbside pick up at this location is also phenomenal. Staff has generally been very accurate and timely with bringing orders to my vehicle. I would strongly recommend this location for anyone looking to shop at Home Depot in this area.

Found the items we wanted, the associates were helpful, store was clean but aisles very crowded. Very difficult to do social-distancing. Also noticed 3 customers had NO face coverings at all, several customers and 1 employee had their masks not covering their noses.Absolutely no employee cared. Signs at the entrances stated masks are mandatory (OHIO). April 2021

Store is well lit, item prices are displayed and assistance is available, cashier asked if i needed someone to help me out taking my purchase to my vehicle.

The employees who helped me went out of their way to get to what I needed. They could have said, we cannot get to that, could you come back tomorrow, but they (2 young ladies and a young man) figured out a way to do what needed to be done. Especially today, when customer service seems to be lacking in so many places, these young people were wonderful.
