Our cashier looked out for me and did everything right. I don't normally by additional insurance but she mentioned it was a replacement warranty

Every time I go to this Home Depot the cashier Carl always goes out of his way to make one feel welcome and that your buisness is appreciated.

When I need help I know Patricia, Kevin D and Nelly are my go to employees because they are always great & get things done fast.

If you have any plumbing questions on your next DIY project be sure to stop by and speak to Gary. Gary goes above and beyond to help. Gary is very knowledgeable in this department.

Always neat and clean with excellent stock. Always has carts readily avaiable with disinfectant for carts right there.

I recently visited a competitor store, it lacked customer service. They made me feel as though the questions I had on a high dollar item were bothersome. I walked out and drove to another town to the Crystal River Florida Home Depot. I am so glad I did. The staff was amazing, they answered all my questions plus gave me some valuable product care tips for the item. The cashier was very friendly and engaging. Thank you Crystal River Home Depot for keeping customer satisfaction alive in your store!

Hats off to Melissa and Gary for getting soaking wet, and not complaining, to help me secure garden items from top shelfs during a heavy rain storm. They are both a store asset.

This store was well prepared for the Holiday. Store was clean, shelves were stocked, employees were visible and sufficient check out aisles were open to allow little to no waiting for check-out.

The gentleman in the Tool Shed was very helpful despite not being able to provide the tools I was shopping for. Please explain why the store reps are constantly attempting to suggest that they can order the items, when they know that I too can order the items online? I suspect that this is a management training initiative that was not well thought through.

Stop making your employees wear masks. It is too hot in your store for that nonsense.
