Employees do not wear face masks and they do not adhere to social distancing guidelines. There was no hand sanitizer at entrance or exit.

Doug in millwork is awesome and knowledgeable. So glad he is there to assist us.

This store usually gets things right, but not this time. The store really needs to amp its response to the COVID19 pandemic, including readily available hand sanitizer and wipes for customers and staff throughout store, staff wearing masks and practicing good hygiene; staff when walking the store should remind customers to remain 6' apart from others, and importance of wearing masks. Until we have a broadly available vaccine, these measures should be firmly in place. Don't let this store become a hotbed for new infections, causing the State to have to revert to shelter-in-place orders; come on people--you are capable of doing better!

Very few of the employees are wearing face coverings, & some were wearing them, but not covering both their mouths and noses. Go shop there at your own risk!

Everyone is always so helpful and knows you if you are fairly regular customers as are we. Dave and Jeff in appliances always helpful, but above, beyond and lifesavers today.

We love this store!! We always enjoy going to our local HomeDepot. Things are easy to find and at a decent price. At other local hardware stores they act as if you've stolen or done something wrong. To me that's an ugly feeling and I refuse to spend my hard earned money in places like that! So our family will keep going where they welcome us and enjoy seeing us!

All the 8' 2x6's that I could find except the redwood were cracked, warped, and even rotten in spots(rotten pressure treated). No lumber carts to speak of all of those were in the parking lot and when I told a cashier about this they blamed the customers for the warped and cracked wood.

This Home Depot always has the nicest employees! They not only tell me where items are, they frequently will take me to the item. I never have issues exchanging or returning items and I am always asked if I need help.

The store was clean and organized. An employee in the paint helped me find what i was looking for. The cashier was very friendly

We had a problem with an order and Lisa and another manager quickly, professionally and politely corrected the problem and helped us.

If you need to visit a home improvement store in the Treasure Valley. This is the only one worth your time. Unlike other stores you can actually find an associate to help you out and they will know what they are talking about. Selection is better and access is easier than even other Home Depots in the valley. They work hard to find solutions and they are not satisfied until you are. I have had only one small issue in the 4 years I have been shopping this location and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

The employees were rude, uneducated in products and seemed purposefully unavailable. Would not offer to find anyone who could assist with concerns. Just no assistance , period.

at self checkout, you cant grab your own money. an employee snatches it first. even when asked not to.basic robbery. don't let them show you they can if they want. it's terrorist demeanor.

Jeff in plumbing is the most helpful guy around. Gave me great advise and saved my day!!!

I went to this store last night ready to return 4 patio chairs that I had ordered online since I could not figure out the assembly instructions and was honestly really fed up. My night quickly turned around when I the woman at the customer service desk offered for one of the store staff (Bobby, Garden Center) to help assemble the chairs to see if that would allow me to keep them. I was willing to wait and Bobby went above and beyond! He spend 90 minutes assembling 2 of the chairs (they were tricky after all!) and offered to load them into my car. Additionally, he offered to take the other 2 chairs home or come into work early today to assemble them for me to pick up tonight after work. He was outstanding! Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received! He is incredible and did not need to do what he did, but wow I am so grateful!!!

Had What I needed

On all of my visits, all of the employees have been extremely helpful. The paint department has been wonderful. Lisa and Britney in the Appliance are very knowledgeable. The tool guys are great.

Store is very nice I love to walk around and shop.

While a little cluttered, the store is clean. The employees are always very friendly and willing to go out of their way to assist the customers.
