My husband and I walked in at 8:52pm on a Friday night looking for a Dehumidifier. I was approached by Sam, who was not wearing his uniform and obviously off the clock. He took me where the dehumidifiers were and assisted me in selecting the one we needed. He was also very kind and thoughtful that he picked up the dehumidifier off the shelf ( it was a bit heavy) and placed it in our shopping cart without asking. Sam is a true example of EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Sam

While shopping I asked for help with an item. Staff attended to find the appropriate manager to help, but was not available. I spoke with Will. Will listened my questions and offered available options without make promises he could keep. Will was able to help me with the item. I can’t say enough about my interaction with Will. Ask for him the next time you need help!

I appreciate this particular Frazer Home Depot as a home repair novice. I don't get too involved with DIY projects very often, but when I need support I count on this store. The associates are available around the aisles, consistently patient and knowledgeable, and will help as much as needed. Check-out is easy, especially at self-checkout and you can count on help whenever needed throughout this process. The corporation makes it known that the support our Veterans, and that's a huge plus to me. I see employees of all ages here, and that also matters and contributes to excellent customer service in my opinion.

The service at the Frazer store is always good. Several employees always ask if you need help. I usually don't have to wait for assistance. Good place to shop!

I went shopping at this store today because I was looking for anchors that could go into metal studs. The store has anchors for every other type of stud/concrete except metal. I have seen some examples online or for purchase elsewhere, but like shopping at Home Depot for the quality and prices. This was not the case during this shopping trip. To make matters worse, no associates either were available to see me pacing looking for something and did not come up to offer assistance. I was in the store for roughly 15 minutes before I decided to grab the closest possible option since I could not get any assistance, checkout, and leave the store. This experience would not stop me from returning to this store, but it did leave me a bit salty. On another note, I would like to see more promotions or sweepstakes for products. I myself, enjoy using Ryobi Tools and looking to expand my outdoor equipment using the Expand-It series. Hopefully, the store or company can provide promotions to make the products more affordable.

Marissa was knowledgeable, courteous, and so very pleasant to work with. She helped us design a kitchen that will suit our space; one that we hope to enjoy for years to come.

Doesn't it drive you crazy when you are checking out your own purchases and a group of employees are stranding around chatting and laughing.

Great service, found just what I needed.

I visited the Frazer Home Depot this morning for a hvac filter and to get keys made. Charles H. not only showed me very patiently and thoroughly how to use the key kiosk but stayed with me until all the keys were made to my satisfaction. I would have never figured out myself how to use the machine. After my keys were made, he so nicely reminded me to take my hvac filter and processed my cash transaction. Charles H. really made my day and provided proof that some people still care about doing their jobs above and beyond expectations. Charles H. should be recognized by Home Depot!

Excellent Customer Service and very knowledgeable staff.

Checking out with Herb in Garden was particularly enjoyable.

Just enjoy Home Depot. Looking at, finding things I need (and sometimes things I really don't need but buy anyway). Great employees!

This is a wonderful store with super helpful employees. I have gotten paint, custom shades, gardening supplies and more here. Can't say enough good things!

I know in many cases self check out can be faster and easier but sometimes you need a cashier or you want to pay in cash... if you want to do that at this store you'll have to wait in the long line with the contractors buying loads of supplies for their jobs because everything else is self check out and credit cards only.

I am a preschool nature teacher and I bought a seed starter kit for the children. I can’t wait to have the children start the seeds and plant the seedlings in our garden at school!

Been shopping here since it was built. This store is always clean! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, available promptly, kind, considerate and always helpful above & beyond any & all expectations!!! Always have what I need from cleaning supplies, trash bags, large appliances, flooring, tools and gardening supplies & plants!!! One Stop Easy Accessible Shopping!!!

Get the Township to fix the potholes and rough road entrance into Home Depot it has been this way for decades what's the matter with your management ??

An employee harassed me during checkout, accused me of putting something in the tupperware container. They even went as far as to open it up while I was leaving (to find nothing). I spent over $100 at this visit and feel i was profiled because of the way I was dressed. The employees behavior was unusual and innappropriate, he did not apologize he just stated many people put things in the tupperware before leaving this store, I was very insulted to say the least.

This is a smaller store so it is easier to get around, the downside is they cannot offer the variety of a larger store.

The entire process ordering windows at Home Depot was a dream. Prices were better than their competitors. Sidney in the window department is the Best! He helped me with my entire project and was very knowledgable and patient with all my changes along the way.

I needed help at the self check out , a employee in a wheelchair came up to help she was a doll her name is Shannon. she helped me get my military discount and the showed me how to download the QR Code on my phone so I can do it myself in the future. She made my shopping experience pleasant . Tell her for me "THANK YOU"
