Today, I completed the final orders for the material for a bath/bedroom remodel. I couldn't be happier with the designer who worked with me throughout the process. She was knowledgeable about the materials, helped with guidance in the selection and always open and willing to go the additional mile to make sure I was comfortable with the choices.

The staff here is always friendly and helpful.

Purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower and paid for it to be delivered. The evening before it was to be delivered they called us and told us that they sold the mower to someone else. They claimed they could not obtain an identical mower as a replacement and refused to retrieve OUR mower from the other customer. The best they could do was offer to sell us a different Troy Bilt tractor or riding mower at the same price we paid for the Cub Cadet. We waited 3 different days at home for delivery and nothing showed up. If you want to shop here and be guaranteed that you will NOT get your item in a timely matter, go for it!

Frazer Home Depot has some of the best associates in the industry. Mike is tops, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your projects, ensuring you have the correct paint and supplies you need. It's these folks behind the counter that make a difference when shop for home projects. Thank you Mike!!

I have always had a positive experience here. The staff have never made me feel like I have a stupid question. I always get what I need and have no trouble getting help finding stuff.

The store is often understaffed and it is difficult to find employees that can help you in the various departments. The cashiers are often pleasant and courteous.

This store had what I needed, at a good price. The cashier Kasey was super nice, quick, and efficient in checking me out!

The customer service associate, Virginia at the Frazier, Pa. location, was an excellent listener to understand the problem with my returned item and interacted in a pleasant, friendly, empathic way. And she quickly resolved the problem. My experience with Virginia was excellent. She was a great e listener, friendly, displayed empathy for my problem and quickly resolved the issue - just what outstanding customer service should be.

I like the store and the staff. If the first salesperson you find can't help you, they are always willing to find someone in the department you need to help you.

Daniel was very helpful at the self checkout with helping me apply my tax exemption based on phone number. Quick and easy process. Clean, well-stocked store with easy parking.

Had no problem with finding what i want

I'm 76 years old with back problems. Store employee Bruce brought two 40 lb. bags of salt pellets (for water softener) from far end of bldg to where I was waiting. Cashier Robin helped me with my Home Depot card (wouldn't read at first). Bruce took salt bags to my vehicle, loaded them into the back. Hooray for Home Depot!!!!

Exceptionally great experiece while shopping at this store. Had hot water heater burst overnight and went to buy a replacement. Encountered an outstanding employee, Angel, who was extremely professional and ensured I got all the help and assistance I needed. Due to her and others who assisted me I will in the future visit this location even though it is not my closest Home Depot.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS WELL ORGAINIZED AND EASY TO FIND ITEMS AND FRIENDLY STAFF

I asked for assistance with having some chain cut - I asked an employee named Brian for assistance with cutting 6 pieces of chain to hang the three utility lights I was purchasing. His response - and I quote - was "You've got to be kidding me!" When I asked him what was wrong with this request he replied "That's a lot of cuts and it's going to take a while so you'll just have to wait." Seriously?!? Cutting chain is about as quick and simple a task as it gets, but this guy was acting like my request was totally unreasonable. I would have cut the chain myself but there are signs all over the cutter saying "Employees Only!" If this is such a big deal for a store employee to assist a customer with then they should consider allowing customers to cut the chain themselves so we don't have to bother and inconvenience employees like Brian.

Thank you to Noah who helped me reach the Snow Shovel I needed when I came to your Home Depot even if it was 20 minutes out of my way. He didn't hesitate to help me at all and to the cashier Vera who was quick to check me out. Herb gave me a Did We Nail It? Survey slip at the door: FYI: these slips don't work. It told me it expired when I plugged in the User ID and Password on the slip, so you might need to replace them with new ones. However, I had my receipt for the survey. Also, how often does Home Depot share the inventory with other Home Depots which are low in stock? I googled searched to find the item I needed and your store was the only one with the snow shovel in stock.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They always help me find the "thing" I describe in non-technical terms and give good advice on the small projects I do around the house. I like their selection of cleaning supplies and plants too.

One of your employees, Sharon, has always provided me with this type of service. The convenient location, sufficient amount of merchandise, fair and reasonable prices, assistance from professional sales personnel, quality customer service and assistance, if needed, are some of the attributes which enable Home Depot to be a business which customers have come to know and respect.
