I love going to The Home Depot ! Products are way more affordable and available here than at other small hardware stores, the garden center is my favorite place to find indoor/outdoor plants. I always find everything I need. Customer service is always prompt, available and friendly.

Terribly organized dirty carts all over lot. Employees park in closest spaces. Out of stock many items. Only go in desperation

Great shopping experience

Great customer service! With the help of your THD, eagle eyed young lady I was able to find the parts I needed. Having a photo of the parts and location was a great help. This would be a 5 star except I do not like access and location to the store.

Tedi Newman is amazing. She is the only reason I continue to come to this location.

If you need lumber go here and see Ed- he will help you find what you need, get it cut down, and tell Jokes while you wait.

Excellence and satisfying customer service I will definitely come back to my neighborhood Home Depo When you're in Xpress line it's a fast fun experience because of it's self checkout and someone is always there to help

Ed from Lumber is super helpful. When asked to cut some 2x4's he was quick to help. After helping with the cuts he helped me find everything else on my list which helped me to get through my shopping list efficiently. He gave me some advice which will be a huge help when I start my project.

Products I was searching for were easy to find, the people I spoke with were quick and helpful, and checkout was painless. They were even cleaning the floor when I was there with a large mop zamboni-thing. Very clean! This is an overall IMPROVEMENT over the last time I visited several months ago.

Good service and employee assistance.

Do yourself a favor. Pay a little more money and shop elsewhere.

Running out of affordable Christmas trees, and claiming you’re not going to restock is unacceptable 20 days before Christmas! Sabrina the cashier is the best! She provides excellent customer service, which kinda makes up for the low stock issue. Good customer service goes a long way.

I have always gotten very good and expedient help while shopping. I do wish checking out was as easy!!!!

Excellent location

The store is well stocked. Employees are extremely helpful. Recently I made a large purchase and there were a number of problems with the product. The store manager and employees recognized the problem and resolved it quickly, to my complete satisfaction. I can't ask for more than that.

The store is very closely to alot of home owners that have projects workers that come to buy there every other day tools. This place is convenient to many. One thing that bothers me is when people are payd tk do there job and they dont There is no price comparison..I saw some paint on line for 75 and wen I went to the register to ask if they honored the price6on line cashier said ni we dont do that p lb ese take the time and ask. Your slow anyways lanes are all the way back passing Milwaukee isle ..everyone do your job be happy because you have one make it easy for you and othere have a great attitude espresso your knowledge.

This store is always cluttered and zero customer service.If you have 10-20 minutes to wait to checkout, this is the store for you.if you have questions or need assistance in a product (with the exception of appliances, whom I found to be very helpful) DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. The Hercules store is 1000% better.

The store can be a bit more organised, and the day workers outside need to stay on City Property NOT Home Depot Parking Lot

The cashier lavonte is very helpful and with a great personality. Helped me with everything I needed. Great customer service.

Watch out if order online and try to pickup in store. If your order is short, employee will not help sort it out.

GREAT STORE

The sales associates are more often times than not; very helpful and friendly.

The service at cabinets/kitchen was aweful! The guy named Sam put everything HE Liked into the "designing" Without Telling us what we are signing for until we asked him - or otherwise we'd pay for a BIG SURPRISE without even knowing what he put in there for us! He never asked for our opinion and didn't listen, and the things he put in there was simply NOT what we needed! He forced sale, and criticized our thoughts on the designing (excuse me?) - very unprofessional, disrespectful, judgmental, and inefficient - the worst experience! If you ever see him, RUN!

Many many times I have to walk a mile to find that orange-shirted help within the aisles.
