I’ve always have been assisted by store rep for any product I have been looking for. Also with suggestions for any project I am working on

I had a return that needed to be made and I was 1 day beyond the deadline, however the employee took the consideration in realizing that I hadn’t received the item until a week after the order date so she gave me the store credit and I didn’t lose out on my money. Ruby at Returns is awesome!! Great customer service!

My wife and I went shopping for weed and feed granules for my lawn. On checkout, we were welcomed by Leticia. She is a great asset to this particular Home Depot.

Ms. Alma in the appliance dept. was very helpful and thorough in my purchase. I was apprehensive making such a large purchase, (due to a previous nightmare at the competitors) but she took time to explain everything I should expect with my purchase. I walked away feel secured and comfortable with my purchase.

If you need to buy appliances, be sure to seek out Alma. Super sales associate from start to finish.

I came today 12/23 and Kaitlyn and all the guys in the rental department were the nicest. They all made me smile and Kaitlyn made sure I left the store happier than I was when I came in by going above and beyond to help me out. 11/10, if they could get more than 5 stars I would give more.

This is one of my favorite Home Depot stores. Service is great and have never failed to help me find what i need. Definitely a place you can find those items you look for with reasonable prices that is right as expected. Military Discount is honored and easy to register, not like other places where too much red tape is involved. Employees are very polite and will take you to make your choice of the item. If an employee is not knowledgeable, they always find someone to answer your questions. I noticed employess don't let you leave unsatisfied.

I bought an LG dishwasher from Alma and what an amazing dishwasher. So very happy with it.

Customer service is horrible. Front end supervisor needs to be trained on how to provide actual customer service and friendless. I understand these are tough times, and these big box stores are hiring younger and younger employees but a front end supervisor is the face of your store and should be trained accordingly. Come on Home Depot!

I had awesome great customer service from a young beautiful lady named kimberly!!! She was very helpful explaining details about my pro points and the benefits of it!! She had patience, was attentive, friendly, helpful, motivated, and had everything a great employee needs to succeed!!! Thank you kimberly 😊😊😊😊

I bought imitation grass at a fair price a plastic table and chairs utility fence posts to upgrade my home to spruce up my home and yard and I was very pleased with the service and great customer service at your score a fine young gentleman helped me get my shopping done quicker and faster in a efficient way
