Well stocked store. Well-trained staff.

Employees are moderately friendly but it appears that only a few are well informed about the products they sell The informed employees are better than YouTube.

I always have a pleasant shopping experience at the Farmingdale store, Plus it is convenient for me for Lunch time shopping.

If it were not for Richie V I probable would not have completed the job I was working on without going to another store to find what was needed. Richie’s persistance paid off for me.

Great service, clean and organized store

Top of the list for me in terms of HD sites. Been to just about everyone in Nassau county and not being bias because I’m from Fdale .

The store is neat and clean but some of the employees are rude and act like your putting them out. Really frustrating to shop here

Regarding purchasing a garage door...we made 2 visits to Home Depot. The first one was to get an idea of the cost and the 2nd time was to purchase. Both times we had excellent experiences. Donna, who was in the department because the store was short on staff, was extremely helpful and patient, not only to us, also to other customers that had questions. She was excellent at multitasking however never made us feel that we were taking too long to make decisions.

Rob ,Bill and Mike in the tool rental and repair department are the best. I didn't know they had a service department open to all equipment repairs and will bring my equipment there from now on. Thx guys!

Great Location and plenty of parking. The store is clean and well lighted.

I purchased a 5' X 8' area rug online. This was my first online purchase. I arrived at customer pick up where I was promptly greeted and received immediate assistance. The rug was wrapped and ready for me at customer pick up. The associate was friendly, polite, and helpful. In addition, the store and parking lot were neat and organized.
