EVERY staff person I encountered was friendly, down to earth and knew their stuff. I had no idea how to approach the project I needed to do and your staff got me the most cost effective supplies and explained exactly how to do it. I wish every shopping experience could be this good.

Not one employee said a single word to me during the nearly thirty minutes I spent in the store, not even the “cashiers” at the self-checkout.

This store is clean and well maintained. Friendly employees. Sometimes you have to ask more than one person to find what you are looking for, but otherwise it is great.

I see your "Review Guidelines" but my focus will not be on simple associates being friendly and helpful. Only the extreme makes a true impression and that extremely helpful gentleman is FRANK in the plumbing department. FRANK is a plumber echelon and knows this craft way beyond anyone Ive experienced there. He has saved me $1000's in plumbing expenses do to his uncanny expertise, knowledge, above and beyond customer relations skills and overall pleasant demeanor. He deserves more than a pat on the back and is beyond a hand shake. MONEY. RAISE. STOCK OPTIONS. DAYS off with PAY. He's simply the very best you have and I know many can learn from his natural way with your customers. Oh, and yes, A. I found the products I was looking for easily,.. B. I was able to get assistance I needed... C. The store appeared to be clean... D. All of your associates were friendly and helpful... from lighting staff to check out agent...

This store is usually neat, well stocked and cashiers are friendly. This is my favorite store. I live in Brooklyn Park and I come to the Fridley store because I like the atmosphere. This is the store I receive good customer service especially from a sales person named "Milton". He is the only salesperson in any of the stores that I ever see come to the customer and ask if they need help!

What makes Home Depot #2802 Fridley distinctive is the friendliness of the employees when they ask if there is anything I need. What a difference that inquiry makes! Above and beyond that, whenever I have needed the help of an expert, there always has been a member of the Home Depot team who willingly takes the time to share with me what they know for what I need to know. Everytime I visit Home Depot, what stands out above all the other home improvement stores is the friendliness of the Home Depot associates. Each takes the time to inquire if I need anything. That makes all the difference! That's what makes Home Depot not just a point of sales but also a place of service!

I always have a great shopping experience at the Fridley Home Depot. The staff is helpful and always eager to help. I enjoy the friendly banter and the welcome feel when approaching their employee's. I just enjoy the experience.

Every employee that I have encountered at this Home Depot has been so knowledgeable and friendly. Makes it a nice experience to know that if I cannot find something I don't have to go looking for an associate (and then once found that they are unaware of the location of the items I need)...usually if I look a little perplexed an associate approaches and asks if I need assistance and then guides me right to what I need. The store is orderly and clean. Items that I find on a shelf that aren't a daily sales item in my opinion, are not dusty or look like they have been sitting there. Everything seems well maintained. I appreciate that :) It seems that Home Depot takes the time to train staff in every way (sales, product, paint, plants, applicances, store maintenance, etc) which I appreciate as I am not a big fan of shopping ESPECIALLY during this pandemic. There are other stores that offer many similar products but as I said, I don't like to shop so getting in, getting what I need and getting out makes all the difference in where I choose to go. I am VERY satisfied and will be a lifelong customer

Fridley Home Depot was terrific today. An employee named Amy was so very helpful in giving us estimates and helping us narrow down our choices for roller shades for our home. Great to find someone who could help us! Masks required so w/ my asthma it was challenging, had to lift my mask to breathe pretty regularly-sorry Amy. I did NOT however cough, sneeze or stand closer than 6 ft when my mask was lifted. Amy was great. Patient as well. I know it's hard when people are choosing colors to match paint, countertops, cupboards and backsplash. LOL Lots of great choices though- Thanks Home Depot- and especially AMY!

Everyone has been friendly and helpful at this Fridley Home Depot. I have always had knowledgable employees help me or direct me to someone who knows the answer.

The employee in customer service “yadira” was with a great attitude and was really patience with me.

We had a medical situation when the air conditioning unit went out in our building and your associate, Kathy was so extremely helpful! She spent considerable time with me to help me locate the two remaining portable air conditioning units left in the store, helped me transport it to the register, got help for me to load it all while my husband had to remain in the car with the air conditioning on. It was 96º that day! She was an angel to assist me like she did. Great employee!!

ASSOCIATE AT THE APPLIANCES DEPT IS PERFECT FOR THE JOB HE FOUND A FRIDGE AND I TOOK IT HOME WITH ME AFTER BEING TOLD EVERYTHINF WAS BACKED ORDERED ATLEAST 3-4 WEEKS, TOM IS GREAT
