Great Home Depot for all your home improvement needs

Been going here for 3 years. Not a single issue

Great service during our long total remodeling.

There is room for improvement for all stores. The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable about where materials were. As I entered the door no welcoming . As I left and checked out no thank you. I told cashier thank you Nevertheless I will return due to the store being local.

I've been coming here for YEARS and Nohely Ayala @Pro Desk has always taken care of me even back when she was a cashier. She takes my orders over the phone when I'm short on time and takes payment and makes sure it's ready for me when I'm there. I don't always have time to do the surveys but I do constantly tell them that hey're amazing, I do wish they had a bigger variety in material but either way I absolutely love this store and the staff.

The store was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful.

The people working in this store are the definition of great customer service. We went in to buy appliances for our new house after moving into the state and from the gentleman who helped us place the order and compare appliances to the cashiers we interacted with (Hayley and Jacob) we left there feeling like we were valued customers. Definitely coming back for all my home needs!

Every thing about the store is good. I just wish the store was as big as the HD store in Cary.

Could not locate an item. Rick in hardware spent a great deal of time to locate the item. It was not displayed. It was in a box at the top of the shelf unit. Because Rick took the time to locate the item, I did not have to visit another HD store or competitor. Thank you!

My first visit here , but not my last. Great plant selection. The store in general was very clean, and the employees were very nice. Go by Garden and ask for Janie Massey , she goes above and beyond in customer service. I went to by 8 plants as gifts and the garden center had everything I needed. Thanks Home Depot!!

Has a lot of great quality but lacks in some others.

Very successful trip today! I found all the items I was looking for! Met a new associate and she was extremely helpful and that was a welcome sight. Janie (from seasonal) was her name.

I was assisted by multiple employees who were each knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Lisa really helped me finalize my transaction given some special circumstances. Although I am a seasoned professional who has been in the industry for more than 20 years, I don’t know everything. Getting help from great employees saved me time and money. I visit a lot of “Big Box” stores regularly. This was the best experience I have had in one in a very long time. Fuquay-Varina Home Depot is well worth the trip!

I think it is one of the best Home Depot Stores or any store selling material that is around. All employees are very considerate always happy to help.
