OK store ,needs to take time to help customers . There's a lot of employees standing around but no one's really asking to say good morning or afternoon, do you need any help.!!

This Home Depot has always been a clean store with great people. They have always been quick to help. Atleast this has been my experience for the 13 years I've been going to the Fuquay Varina NC Home Depot.

When I went to Garden, Susan who works there was sweeping the floor. I wish all stores had employees like Susan who took pride in there job! She was such a pleasure to talk to as well! I hope the manager knows they have a loyal employee in Susan! Keep up the good work Susan us customers appreciate a clean store to come too!

My first visit and the staff at customer service was very courteous and pleasure to work with upon picking up my online order. I decided to walk around the store beforehand and noticed how bright and clean the store is. The isle displays are really good compared to other HDs I've been in. I will go out of my way again in the future to visit this store due to their store layout.

The store has lost several grill orders due to all grill in assemble and placed outside in the weather with no cover. I tried to buy two grill in the box and I need to order it on-line and pay shipping.

Dave was very helpful there as well as the cashiers, however the large young woman in the back construction area was not helpful at all and should not be working there if she is not willing to help customers.

I live in this Home Depot! Employees are aways friendly and have what I need. Also, Jon or “Big Jon” is awesome!! 10/10 would recommend

The employees were above & beyond helpful! I was already feeling stressed due to an enormous mess-up made by another store (not HD), but the employees at this store made my day! The prices were better, the employees actually helpful -- from now on, I only shop here!

Associates were readily available and helpful. Cashier Paula was very personable and made our checking out quick and easy.

The store manager, Ed Saunders, is truly a gem. Professional, kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond for his customers. His staff is fantastic, particularly the ladies at the customer service desk. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and happy to be of service. I always have a pleasant experience every time I visit this store. Store is clean, organized and well stocked. The associates are always available to answer questions, and they give great advice. Knowledgeable staff. They have been a HUGE help for SEVERAL projects around the home recently. I look forward to going to Home Depot!

Unfortunately there is no effort to enforce wearing a mask. The store puts it's employees and customers at unnecessary risk. Because of this, I try to shop elsewhere if I can.

This store was clean and everyone was masked. The employee's were very kind and knowledgeable about there products. They are absolutely fantastic. Plus THANK YOU VERY MUCH PAULA, THE CASHIER FOR BEING EXTREMELY NICE.

Upon entering the store at 8:30 pm and approaching the Customer Service desk, I relayed my unusual request. At first, the employees did not know how to do the transactions, but Amy solicited help from a more seasoned employee (Maya), and they solicited more help from Joe in appliances (and the trainee on duty) and between all of them, I walked out of the store a happy camper. They were all very respectful and listened to my situation/request and performed their tasks in a way that was most efficient for me and with as little fall out after I left the store. I'm expecting to receive my dishwasher 11/12/20 and I'm excited to see how efficient the delivery will be.

Great experience buying a washer. I worked with Janet Kafader and she knew a lot about each washer and helped me make an informed decision. She wasn't pushy at all and didn't just recommend the most expensive model. I will be sure to always look for Janet when making an appliance purchase.

All went well with no complications. Products were found with no problem. The staff members were very compatible. All questions were answered. The store staff was friendly and assisted as needed. The store itself was in good clean condition.

I called to determine availability of 8" sonotubes before driving an hour. The online inventory seems not to be accurate, from past experience. After being re-routed numerous time, I hung up after 8 minutes of not reaching a person to ask. I took a chance and drove to the store. Asked for help in finding sonotubes, the reply was, "I don't work in this department" but the person helped me find them any way. Went to pick up several bags of concrete, I found them. Trying to wrestle 60 lb bags from a 5 foot high shelf was a challenge. An employee came along and said I could pick them up outside and someone would be there to help load them, very nice I thought. Of course there was no one outside and I had to wrestle the 60 lb bags from a 6' high stack of bags. The gal at the check-out asked if I would take a survey, instructions were on the bottom of the sales receipt. They present a space for 1,000+ characters for comments and then only allow me to type 500, by the time I figured that out the survey had expired. Home Depot provides a lot of goods, customer service is just not one of them.

Store was messy and not well staffed for a weekend. Waited 15 minutes to order paint before I gave up. I’ll go to Lowe’s instead. I used to work at Home Depot so I try to spend my money there but this is ridiculous.

Kaitlyn in the paint dept went out of her way to adjust a color on 2 gallons of paint that I had ordered incorrectly. Thank you for your help !
