This store is tricking customers by advertising as one item “6 inch light” but putting a different SKU as the advertised price. I believe this is a store wide tactic used so when customers get the the register they don’t realize they are spending more than originally thought. Cashier Chelsea at store 3633 refused to honor this displayed price - and they continue to leave this false advertisement up after they had been informed.

I asked for help in the paint department and Ali was a rockstar. She was able to explain to me the different types of water proofing stains that Home Depot has available. She was very professional and confident in what she was explaining to me. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. If you need help in the paint department ask for Ali she was really great.

I drive a little farther to come here because everything is stocked, tidy, and super friendly!

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for several years, after switching from another home improvement store. The Customer Service desk and the store employees are so much more knowledgeable and HD hires talented experienced people

Tom helped me find the perfect products needed and spent plenty of time explaining the difference in options to help me fit my price range and my needs. He is extremely kind very informative and a great person. I can honestly say he made my sales experience one of the best I’ve ever had, and making a major appliance purchase.

I had the best Experience at this location. I tried to order a table online and was not able to do so. Kyla went above and beyond for me when I asked about ordering this table online. I was having trouble and the Customer Service # was unable to assist me. I was a little timid at first but as I was walking up she greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. When I told her what happened, Kyla said she could definitely help, she even struck up a good conversation with me, she made me feel at ease and not just a number. She was able to order the item I needed and it will be delivered soon. It's the exact item I was looking for from competitors and HD gave me a better price on it. I am so pleased and can't wait to get my table. Kyla you are awesome!!

Convenient location for me, but that's it. Many times items are not restocked and are left in overhead storage. But good luck getting anyone to pull it down. Associates do a really good job of avoiding eye contact or acknowledging customers -- when you see one that is. Store used to be great but has really gone downhill. If I *have* to get something that only HD has and I can't grab it quickly - and on my own - I drive an extra 30 minutes to Knightdale. If you know what you need and don't require assistance - check online to ensure the quantity count is high - and stop by this store. If you know (or think) you might need help, Pick a different store.

Ladies he understands that we love nice thing but may mot be able to put the beauty together. Nathan explains it to were you can do it yourself.

Our cashier Cierra was a great help and took her time to make sure we had everything we needed and called someone to assist in lifting the heavy things. Storm was a great help as well

Melissa at the service desk was incredibly helpful with checking us out.

I was eager to work on a home project and unfortunately I needed help to figure things out. I went to this store and the young store employee helped me figured it out. I was surprised how much interest he had in helping me solve my issue.

I was here on Saturday 2/4/23 and I was very happy to had went to this home Depot in high point North Carolina

My husband and I were shopping for a new fridge/microwave/ oven set and Tom immediately came to our assistance. He greeted us and told us about his experience in home improvement which made us confident in our purchase today. He was a joy to talk with! Tom provided the best customer service experience we have ever had !

I bought a small refrigerator until my order arrives. I put it in the garage, and though I am glad I made the purchase, I will be very glad when my new LG arrives.

easy to find, great customer service

I had hoped to be able to cancel this order over the phone and avoid a drive over there, so I called (919-661-1393). I gave up waiting for an answer after several minutes. Still on hold, I drove over there, canceled the order in person, got a refund, drove to another errand, completed that errand and as I was driving away the call was finally answered. Total call time - on hold plus less than minute of speaking to the customer service representative: 1 hour and 4 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE I would have given zero stars if that was possible.

When I shop this store I'm always ask multiple times by different employees if I need assistance. At other home improvement store I have to track someone down.

Harold in the lawn department was extremely helpful when we purchased ou lawn tractor.

My son got Tubotowels HD wipes citrus 90 ct. for tools and in the shed but has used them in the car and the house. Great product!

Big shout out to Patti, DL, and Matt! Each of these Home Depot all stars played an intricate roll in my satisfaction. In a world gone mad, where work ethic no longer exists, it’s good to know that this store still has people who are willing to get the job done!

Carefully inspect any item purchased from here, otherwise you’ll drive all the way home to find your new product is used and this location has customer service employees with no customer service skills to appropriately handle my exchange. I had to walk and get my own replacement mower when I was told it would be waiting at the desk, and they managed to lose my receipt in the 3 minutes it took me to go the get the new lawnmower

I purchase some oil base paint from Home Depot on 5/9/22. The technician was very pleasant . He could not answer all of my questions about the paint, therefore he sought assistance from another technician. I appreciated that. My experience was less at and the technician was helpful.
