Everyone here is always pleasant and helpful.

Worst experience ever. Ordered one item on line for store pick up received notification my order was ready for pick up drove 35 miles to the store and after being in there for 1 hour while they looked for my other I'm then informed my item is not there. Smh

We were very fortunate to find an employee who assisted us from the time he greeted us at the door until we drove off. Good attitude and very helpful.

Tom in the appliance department was wonderful to work with . We will return for his service anytime we need an appliance

Seems to be a lack of consistency and respect with application of pandemic procedures. After waiting in line to enter, anything goes inside the store. Customer Service / Pick up area has plexi-glass partitions, only one CS rep had a mask, employees were in and out of the area with out masks or mask on their chin. Some employees respect personal space others were oblivious of how close they were to each other and customers. Hand sanitizer was observed not being used. The store was clean, I was able to find what i needed and pick up my online order, the CS was helpful.

I went to Home Depot in Garner,NC.Thanks to the sales associate,I am very happy with my purchase of washer and dyer set.

this store is usually pretty good with customer service.today however was a different story. the customer service agent at the customer desk was very rude. I had a very easy return to big deal but it obviously was a big deal to her. This was 7:45 in the morning not sure what happened to her this morning prior to me but i hope she doesn't treat the rest of the customers like she treated me.

Tom Rouse is a wonderful appliance specialist who allowed us to take our time viewing appliances and informed us of customer reviews about different specific parts of the appliances. He was very genuine and a great person to communicate with.

When you deliver a lawn mower that cost $3,400 or so please include the Operators Manual. This seems pretty basic.

I had an emergent need for a hot water heater. The Garner Home Depot had the one I needed in stock. I was able to pick up and bring it home for my son to install. The associate at the self checkout was very kind and courteous to assist with me checking out, thanks!! Thanks Home Depot!! You nailed it for me!!

Went into HD on a thursday afternoon and was able to help with from several associates...they were helpful and knew how to answer all my questions

We visited the store in search of universal garage door openers for our new rental. The size of any hardware store is enough to intimidate anyone. Immediately we were greeted and asked if we could find anything in particular. We explained what we were looking for and the associate WALKED us to the aisle. We were amazed by the customer service of this gentleman, not only did they stop and walk us to the aisle, but he stayed and explained the differences of options on the shelf. Our cashier, Jody was exceptional too. This store is so friendly and we will certainly be back!

I am very happy with my decsion to visit the Garner , NC Home Depot! I got there around 6:15am just when they opened. Even though the Manager was a little frustrated because of callouts of associates, he made sure someone helped me. I am remodeling my kitchen and the associate who did help me was very professional and knowledgeable about what i needed. He gave me pamphlet’s to take home to help make decisions. We also set up an appointment for some one to come out and take measurements. I am on my way to a new kitchen! Thank you Home Depot I look forward to my next step!

Awesome staff! Helpful and had a store clerk carry a heavy door insert to the register and then to the car to load. That is a rare these days for sure! Everyone in that store is kind and courteous!

Received excellent customer service and support from employees especially from cashier Ms. Ladonna.

Always have what I needed, all the employees are always helpful except for this one time I went there, so I will not punish the entire store and good workers for the one bad apple.

Incredible customer service who fixed issues the phone customer service line wouldn't. Much easier to find products than on website.

House keeping and and cleanliness is not good. Material lays out in the isles. Handling and moving equipment is not put back in place. Torn bags of material and debris are in a lot of areas. They should have at least one checkout counter where there is a real person to assist customers to checkout.

I drove from Goldsboro, NC to this store for the deal on an Echo backpack blower and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees I encountered. Much different than I'm use to at the local big chain store here. I called before coming and the garden shop associate was extremely helpful and made my trip there effortless. She pulled the item, tagged it for me and it was waiting at customer service just as she said! It may be a small matter to some, but outstanding customer service is greatly appreciated by me and others I'm sure.

this is the only Hole Depot that I prefer to shop in the employees are so friendly, and I know where everything is located in this store

This is a great store . I’ve been a customer for nearly yrs and there are a surprising number of staff that have been there as long as I’ve been going. Just shows the loyalty.

Strangely enough a great shopping experience began with an out of stock tool. The associate at the Garner, NC HD who assisted me when i called to see when/if the tool would be restocked, not only answered all of my questions, but he called me back twice with substitution suggestions. One of these was actually better suited for my project than the original tool and made the project easier. I call this above and beyond and is the reason that HD is now my 1st stop for tools and hardware. Thanks again Alvin!!
