I shop at a lot of store every day. This stores pro desk services and its manager John are second to none! John has guided and trained the best support staff of any of the stores that I have found. I bounced from store to store for a long time as my account often slipped through the cracks. John and the team took us in and have built a great relationship! Especially when one of the pro desk members departs, he is awesome at making sure that we are assigned a new member to keep us moving!

This Home Depot has excellent customer service. A store attendant helped me find an item I had lost. This is also a great Home Depot store, and always has very well stocked shelves.

I find the Santee Store a friendly place. Well organized and clean. Silvana is always happy to help and is a great cashier.

THIS STORE WILL ALWAYS LEAVE YOU FEELING CONFIDENT MOVE FORWARD WITH YOUR PROJECT PLANS. THERE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND IN SOME CASES WILL GIVE YOU OPTIONS YOU DIDN'T EVEN IMAGINE.

The US military flags near the checkout stands are very upsetting. I would like to shop without military propaganda in my face. The WW2 vets are gone, they were the last heroes. Everyone since then are mercenaries for corporations; Murdering innocent people around the world to enrich Exxon, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, etc. Take down those flags, they don't belong in a home renovation store!

I was confused about the lumens of the LED lightbulbs. There was a member of the staff who noticed my confusion. He came over and helped me so much. I tend to feel overwhelmed in Home Depots, because of my lack of knowledge of so many things. But at this particular store, the staff are always so nice to me and so willing to help.

Still can't get inventory dialed in but Jeff Klein really helped when needed.

I came to look at folding tables and found one on sale that I liked. I got to the register, and turns out they weren't on sale after all, as an employee had filled the empty "on sale" spot with the not-on-sale color of the same item. They refused to honor the advertised price as required by law.

Customers waited for over an hour. Home Depot should train their floor employees to be cashiers and pull them off the floor when necessary.

I went in and was immediately greeted by an associate. when walking around looking for some items another associate approached me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for extension cords, she then proceeded to walk me to the area instead of just pointing or saying the section number. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Being a new homeowner can be overwhelming but Home Depot has everything I could possibly need for my new home of which there is a lot of things that need to be done to customize the house and make it our home

I was able to easily find the product I needed from the location shown on your website. The staff are courteous and friendly.

We need a help for repairing or replacing our shower door. They were very helpful to explain us pros and cons.

The store has been consistently my favorite layout and people store for 42 years. I have build 2 houses out of this Clairemont store.

Amazing knowledge of appliances and benefits of products ,Charlie and Prisila were great and helpful will be back for remodeling the rental house we own. Thanks Home Depot!!

Ryan helped me replace a unassembled bbq I had bought for an assembled one. He made the transaction so easy and effortless. What a great store!

Went to checkout register, provided Military Veteran discount info. Refused to honor. Works OK for HD online purchase.

The military discount software has problems, and frequently causes customers to wait in line, after software fails to allow transaction to be processed

Found exactly what we were looking for when guided to it, then when looking for another piece was told that no manufacturer makes it yet. So maybe I’ll start production.

Cashiers are rude today. Don’t go to the cashier named Tammy.

The associates that work the departments, i.e. hardware, tools, lumber, etc., are critical to the customer being able to find the merchandise in the tens of thousands of square feet of store. There are some really knowledgeable and competent departmental workers, and some newer and less knowledgeable incompetent ones--one must know of whom and where to inquire with questions of availability and application. The correct associate can saves hours of time!

From the greeting at the door to the ease of finding items to the check out was excellent.

A fellow customer had to answer my question because the employee named Steven was very rude and unprofessional. The fellow customer who helped even said something along the lines of "It can be difficult to be a women coming into Home Depot" I've been going to this location since I was a kid and never have had such a negative interaction. Thankfully, at self-checkout, a wonderful woman employee was very kind and apologized for my experience.

I have been coming to this HomeDepot for over 15 years and for the most part, have always had a decent experience. I live minutes from this store and it is convenient. On this particular visit, my interaction with Tammy the cashier was very uncomfortable. Her approach was unprofessional and she made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. My trip consisted of buying some paint. Nothing hard, I've made dozens of trips to this HopeDepot in the past to do just that.

My wife and I went to buy a new washing machine. Ms. Donna helped us. She was terrifically knowledgeable and not at all "pushy." She has a terrific personality and, in my opinion, appeared fully interested in helping us make the best decision for our family, versus trying to steer us in some particular direction or toward some manufacturer or price range, etc.
