Try and avoid this store if you can and travel the extra miles to the Newark store or another home improvement center up the street!

I haven’t been to the store for over 20 years now I like this store the best because I know the people they are friendly and nice I had a lot closer to my home they usually have what I need in stock most of the time I would like to thank Patricia and the cashier today for making my job easier at the Newark store I returned some items today and I had no problems at all that’s the way I like it

My shopping experience at this store is always good. The staff is super nice and helpful

It very difficult getting help for special order other like windows treatments or blinds. If you need appliances there's always someone there but they can't help with anything else.

There’s no better workers than Darryl in mill work and Ray in hardware. So knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. They were wonderful! I recommend this Home Depot to anyone that needs any home hardware, or construction at all. There’s always someone willing to help you, or in my case, explain it to me. I love this store! The cashiers are also very helpful and go out of their way to be helpful.

"Peggy" at the self checkout was very nice. We purchased a new door and when we got to our truck we realized we forgot to get the doorknob for the door, and she was joking with us when we went back in!! This is nice to treat customers like your friends!!

Definitely will shop at Glasgow Home Depot again because of Kendall !! Kendall didn’t hesitate to help when I ask him for help .. Yes ma’am of course was his reply.. He was very polite & helpful !! Thank you Kendall for get that tall planter down for me without hesitation!!

My only complaint about this Home Depot store is that they do no have enough cashiers on duty and the self checkout requires you to use a hand held scan gun. Not the wises decision for sanitary reasons.

Rude employees who offer no help and lose sales. I wanted 20 bags of softener salt $9 a bag. Was told it was going to take a long time could I just buy a couple bags and come back another time. Unbelievable. I asked where to find privacy fencing. Rude employee made no eye contact and pointed toward rear corner of the store. (Not where it was after trekking all the way back there) I spent $600 because I live 1.5 hrs from a home depot in any direction, needed much and was in the area. Terrible experience. Will stick with Middletown.

Terrible customer service. While walking away, an employee said we wasted there time while waking behind us.

TODAY I CAME TO PURCHASE A LAWN MOWER AND THE ONE ADVERTISED ON LINE WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I WOUND UP BUYING ONE LESS EXPENSIVE AND WAS SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED, BUT WHEN I CHECKED OUT DARLENE, MY CASHIER GREETED ME AND TREATED ME WITH GREAT KINDNESS AND RESPECT. HER PERSONALITY MADE ME WANT TO RETURN. THANKS DARLENE!!!

Been coming here for years.. The staff is awesome and I know where to find everything. They are even dog friendly!

This store is always well stocked and clean. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Sometimes there are two of them helping you, What a great experience.

The customer service in this store is awful. 2 men would stand there and watch 2 women load 30 30lb bags of stones and then actually ask me to move my cart since it was in their way, when they were to busy to help.

Tthe store is clean and neat. The reps are very friendly and helpful when trying to locate items.

We use this home depot all the time. Normally everything is in stock. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We return again and again.

Larry in millwork is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made us very happy with our door purchase.

It’s a convenient location for us and the store was clean and organized.

I have always had a good experience in this particular store. The one young lady at the service desk actually recognizes me now, since i have made so many online purchases. And recently, PJ refunded me the entire cost of self-adhesive backsplash because the product would NOT stay up. It looked great, but it was continuously peeling and took pictures to prove it. PJ believed me without ever looking at the pictures, and refunded me with professionalism and kindness, even though he had to do each transaction individually.

The cashier Zachery at this location was very helpful and personable! He is a very good asset to this company! Best Customer Service give had in a long time!
