We went to Home Depot in Hagerstown with a very specific purpose. We were totally out of our element. We needed help, was able to find an associate who went out of his way to recommend, carry heavy products, and explain every detail we could think of to ask. The store was not busy, as it was Easter Sunday, but the associate at the paint counter, where we needed help with paint sprayers and products, WAS continuously busy helping customers at the paint counter. I found Paul - everything that he recommended we use as far as materials and supplies was on hand. We were able to leave with everything we needed to complete our project. The store was organized, clean, and well stocked. Associates greeted us when they saw us. Bathroom was clean. Very nice shopping experience!

I Just had one of the most Polite, and helpful experiences I have ever had. The fellow who checked me out, could not have been any more pleasant. That's a quality that you do not see these days. A great experience.

We had a very good experience at this store . We had went to other stores trying to find sheer pins for our snow blower and noone had them . Came to home depot where we found them from the help of very friendly associates .Store was stocked and very clean . Thank you all for everything you do

None of the employees talk to you in this store. When you are trying to get help for something, they go the other way. The only person to talk to us was as we were walking out of the door and employee said "Please fill out our survey at the bottom of your receipt". No thank you, come again or have a nice day. This was after we had to ring ourselves up. We went to the store for 4 items and was only able to find one item. The shelves are empty and no one would help us.

This Home Depot is clean organized and the employees are very helpful and nice!

Our cashier Grace K, really made us smile and laugh on what normally would be a rather boring and dreary home improvement run to the store. This year has been hard on us, and having someone so cheerful and jokeful really meant a lot and went a long way. We definitely will be back to utilize the store, especially knowing that your employees go the extra step to be kind to their customers.

We were making a major purchase of carpeting. Ms Lawerence in carpeting was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. She helped us from selection, threw the home measurements, and final purchase. We would recommend her to everyone.
