Love the customer service we receive from the Hagerstown store. Jen at customer service and Grace, who knows about everything.

Associates are friendly and helpful, especially at the customer service desk. It's sometimes hard to find someone in flooring or lumber. Overall it's the best Home Depot I have shopped at.

Appliance associate, Tim I, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I bought 6 appliances. He helped me save alot of money with the black friday sales that started in the beginning of November.

This store has been a great spot to pick up goods and the employees have always been helpful and available! I don't know how many times in other stores I've looked up and down aisles to find someone who can help. Would definitely recommend this store.

I Shop this store often. Have bought a stove ,a storage shed,and all lumber for building a new deck. Also a carpet cleaner. ALWAYS good service. Very happy with this stores service.

This store is more friendly than it's competitor in my humble opinion, and the prices is more reasonable, not to mention the service! I would recommend shopping here first before going elsewhere. This is definitely my to go store for improving my humble dwelling! Thank you Home Depot! :)

I walked in the store and two different people asked if I needed help. I did eventually need help and there was a person right there who directed me to the exact aisle where I got my things and checked out in less than five minutes. I would shop the Home Depot all the time if they offered the 5% off on your credit card such as other home improvement stores

The store was clean, the employees wore face masks. They were extremely helpful, cordial and understanding. The walked us to our needs and talked about alternative products.

The Home Depot in Hagerstown is the best! my husband frequently shops in this store as well as myself. The pricing, stock and employee help is amazing. it is a sclean, well organized, well stocked Home Depot. Every employee is friendly and willing to help.

Associate "Nare" is a rock star, like most people at store she truly cares for people. Helped me out as I have had my knee scoped and walking is a little painful, not disabled thank goodness but I need to baby this knee. She went out of the way to help me and is very much appreciated

Stopped by thye Home Depot in Hagerstown this afternoon and realized that I like it better than most other places! The selection and brands they have just might be a better fit for me. The associates I contacted today were very helpful and informative. I plan to be back soon!

HD largely has great products, available- knowledgeable associates, and good prices. Home Depot supports our communities through natural disasters at great cost to them so it is necessary to show support while receiving a good shopping experience and products paid for with our hard earned money.

Store was clean and in this era of covid19- clear guidelines on entrance and exit signs, social distancing. Employees were definitely knowledgeable, patient and served me on a timely and fashionable manner. To the employee manning #34 and Paul the cashier- you went above and beyond. Thanks so much.

After asking if Home Depot carried a specific product, the staff asked specific questions about my project and immediately realized I was looking in the wrong department. Instead of just pointing and telling me where to find it. He took me there asked a few more questions and made sure I got the right weight and size item for my project. Since there is not a Home Depot in my immediate area (the closest is about 25 miles away), I had been searching for this item for more than a week. I had shopped at at least 4 other home improvement/garden centers/hardware stores and could not find it. After speaking to the staff at Home Depot, I am sure ALL of them actually had the item, they just didn't take the time to ask and understand what I needed.

Overall it was an awesome experience store with clean and neat product was available friendly staff I even found some hard to find gloves. Awesome store.

My visit today definitely exceeded my expectations. Due to COVID-19 restrictions I have been trying to keep myself busy with home projects. This is my first attempt at a woodworking project and came to the store when they first opened with my list in hand. The store was very clean and organized and definitely following the CDC guidelines. When I was trying to figure out the correct pieces of lumber needed, Carl approached me and offered his assistance. He was extremely helpful to someone who really didn't know what she was doing! He helped pick out the right pieces, load my cart and offered his advice. Carl is definitely an asset to Home Depot! Once my purchase was complete, 2 outside employees carefully loaded everything in my vehicle which was very helpful! I will most definitely shop this Home Depot again soon!

I would recommend this store to everyone. Service is A+ A+ A+... Also well stocked and clean.
