Employees are willing to help if asked but are slow to volunteer their services or notice when they can be of help It does seem like they are always trying to improve and that is nice to know. Store is clean and well organized and for me, very conveniently located.

The staff in the kitchen, flooring and windows are excellent and will help you to find the right products. They will provide consultation on designing your home. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and patient.

If you have an electrical question or plumbing questions the guys at the Hattiesburg Store are excellent and willing to help you find what you need to fix the problem.

I just love the atmosphere when I walk through the door!! The people are so friendly and nice to talk to and always willing to lend a helping hand. Every time I shop here at the Home Depot it’s very clean not like other home improvement stores around town!! And today when I got there they had new buggies!!.. no more flat tires lol.... great job Home Depot of Hattiesburg Ms.

The Hattiesburg, MS, Home Depot has stepped up and is handling the virus very well. I have used the curbside pick-up several times successfully. Today I needed in-store help and felt safe and comfortable in the store.

Just bad customer service by the Assistant Manager and a Lumber Association. I was at the store for over an hour and half and did not purchase anything.
