Great store , good location next to Stop & Shop supermarket at this time of covid-19. If someone is looking to do groceries shopping, he/she will definitely get to this home depot easily.

A hot mess! Sloppy, poorly stocked, disinterested personnel.

Very helpful associates---most especially Yern and George from plumbing. Extraordinary employees who are not only very knowledgeable, but who go beyond the call of duty to help a desperate customer.

I shop at this store very frequently cause I usually find everything I need and cause of the convenience of the location in reference to where I live. My last experience was a little uncomfortable at the returns desk the cashier Patricia tried to imply I had taken parts out of the box in my return when you could clearly see the box had never been opened the seal from the manufacturer hadn't even been broken and she implied that specifically cause of the price of the item

I appreciate that with everything going on, the people from security to throughout the store were very helpful and nice.

There are so many homeless in the parking lot with no masks or gloves and getting too close begging. Employees were on their cell phones and i couldn’t get anyone to help me. The customer service was horrible except for Tamoya. Ordered for curbside pick up and never received any notification. Waited one hour at the store to pick up from curbside where there was no markings as to where to go.

Always so organized, never have a problem locating stuff. Check out time always so quick.

This store is sufficiently stocked and there are plenty of employees to help you find what you need. The self checkout was fast and easy. I was extremely satisfied with my visit at this location.

Not helpful

This is one of the worst store on Long Island... Customer Service reps are very rude, through out the store the employees are not helpful and rude and the ones that try to help don't know the products or it's not on the shelf poorly run store and it is getting worst

This store has to be the worst. If you are a female don't go there. 1. The amount of illegals in the parking lot is crazy. 2. They rush you car or truck, I almost hit a few b/c they walked in front of my truck. 3. They rush you when you walk out to "help" you then look for money and they surround you.

Everyone is helpful or will try to help you.

Needed to buy fencing and bricks in garden area. Automatic doors in front of store to garden area were closed. Went to back of store where doors were partially open. Asked two sales associates if garden area was open, they said yes and that I should push doors open manually. Doors were off track, hurt myself in the process. Incident on store security video, so waiting for response from manager. Very dangerous to tell a customer to open doors on their own. I or another customer could have been seriously hurt. It is one thing not to help a customer, it is another thing to put them in danger.

This store is very friendly and helpful. They also know their merchandise in order to help assist the customer efficiently.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Especially the guys from the appliances dept. They go beyond to help you. Also the ladies by the lightbulbs dept.

YOUR store only ACCEPTS certain VETERANS cards and that is DISCRIMANATING all veterans OLD and NEW. Shame on you.

The gentleman at the front of the store gave me a flyer and ask if he could help me find what I was looking for. Because of him I purchased a dishwasher. If he didn’t hand me that flyer I never would have know GE products were on sale

This store never has anyone available to offer assistance. You have to ask someone more than once. You're better off going to Freeport or Levittown.

What makes this store one of the better Home Depot around, is their employee Dante, who works mainly in Mill-works and surely goes above and beyond what is usually expected at such stores. He is the reason why we travel an extra ten miles from our the nearest Home Depot; he pays attention to our concerns, gives us the best advice and guidance, and completely take care of us from the moment he is available. We had been to this store over twenty times in two months and Dante has always been there with the same high level of service. He is a good representative of this store, and I would wholeheartedly vote for him to be the employee of the year. Also the store is clean, fully stocked, contain great selections, have plenty of vehicles available to rent, and there are usually employees around to help. So this review was not only about their wonderful employee, it was also about this gem of a store.
