I enjoy shopping at Home Depot! I did not see my usual cashier, Terri, because I was closer to the self checkout than her station, from where I picked up my purchase, but she is unfailingly friendly, helpful, and recognizes me each time I shop here. Two employees offered me help one at each end of the store. THAT never happens at your competitor! One employee exiting from the break area, called and asked another employee and relayed information that I had requested about an item, I did not see in stock. Pluses adding up!

The replacement warranty is a joke. The front of the warranty brochure it say We've Got Your Back. Until you need service that is. I needed a replacement for a 1/2" drill that I bought in 2019. I went to the return desk and was given a brochure. My home Home Depot store in Wilmington would have gone out of their to help me.

I love going to my local Home Depot, they always have what I need and if not I can order it and pick it up later. Customer service is a priority at Home Depot, from the folks who maintain their areas to the cashier's, everyone is great and always willing to help.

Great store with knowledgeable employees

My wife and I have been going to this store about every week for the last four to five years since we are remolding our home and we still are not finished. Every time we go in the store the associates are so friendly and if my wife takes her little dog they just love on it and that makes my wife so happy and the dog too because he loves attention. Keep up the good work associates you make this store stand out largely in our eyes and we tell everyone if they want help from friendly people go to this store...

I love the store! It is only my second trip to the store but I will definitely be coming back. I will definitely be shopping further for lumber here without a doubt the overall quality beats the heck out of Lowe’s where I’m at! The only downfall to my shopping experience is I bought a rolling tool chest and when I had got home to assemble it had rust Accumulated on the bottom.

I like this Home Depot and its location but it doesn't matter where I go, All Home Depots seem to be the same. I know that everybody working in the store has a job to do but I can look at an employee and make eye contact with them and get ready to ask a question and it's like they can sense it because they will turn there head. Honestly, it would be nice if they would at least offer to help even if I don't need it. Having a push button on each isle would be very helpful, because after I have to run someone down for help, at that point I feel like leaving. It's like when I buy my groceries and I have to bag my own crap. NO ! If i'm going to spend money in your store, then you can bag it. IF YOU GET WHEN I MEAN.

The cashiers are really nice when you checkout.

Early morning calls to the PLUMBING DEPARTMENT are usually an EMERGENCY SITUATION for the person calling. I got a quick connection to the Plumbing Department using your voice activated system. Employee named SCOTT answered immediately and was knowledgeable about part I needed, confirmed several were on shelf, AND even told me what Aisle and Bin they were in. Even though other stores are closer to me, I drove right to Home Depot and solved our plumbing problem quickly. Good Service is Memorable !!! Keep up the good work & Special Thanks to Scott.)

Poor customer service; Went to HD specifically to purchase whole house electricals. Spent over $300 but attendant in that aisle showed no interest in assisting with questions to make decision. Googled information and purchased from that. Another encounter with a female store manager was rather curt and showed no interest in helping. Went to another store to make that purchase.

The Hickory, NC Home Depot has employees that are always willing to help in any way they can. Very good lumber selection.

over the years the store has gotten better, there still is a lot of clutter in isles and the lighting department could use some help.

Customer service area is great. Had a situation that I needed some light head replacements for a track light. Was able to pick them up in route to house that needed it, thanks to their great service. They had it waiting for me. We don't have a home depot near us.
