I always shop for my appliance at Home Depot. And always get help from treasa. She is appliance specialist. She is wonderful and makes my shopping easy to find exactly what I want with a big smile on her face. Always get the best deals and honest advice. When I make my purchase I leave happy with what I get.

They had everything I was looking for, Reminded me of the Texas Home Depots always in stock unlike the Lake Charles Home Depots!

Customers having laminate flooring installed need to be aware of the SCAM that the installers are trying once they have your carpet and pad pulled up. They then inform you that the leveling product cost $165 per bag to cover cost and labor to do the leveling. They don't tell you that the leveling product could be purchased at HD for less than $40 per bag and that they will be charging labor costs of over $175 per hour for one installer to complete the leveling. Home Depot needs to address this with the company that does their installs and set specific pricing they can charge for the leveling product and labor involved with any leveling needed instead of allowing CFI to charge what ever they want once they have your existing flooring removed. How many other customers have been taken advantage of in this way. Additionally, a customer should be able to have contact with a District Manager instead of being denied the information as Drew did with me. Drew told me to call 1-800-homedepot and they would transfer the call back to Drew. Other employees I dealt with at the store, Gary, Don and Marshal were all very friendly and concerned about providing great customer service in trying to resolve this matter.

When I was checking out Marla was very helpful.

Three associates made our experience great today: Lexie, who opened an account for us Marshall, who helped with flooring Mayla, who checked us out. They were awesome and made our experience great!

While shopping for a new washer and dryer we had the pleasure of being served by Home Depot employee Treasa Durbin. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and she listened to what we were in search of. She made made a few suggestions that helped us narrow down our search. We shopped three other stores that day, but our experience with Treasa prompted us to return and make the purchase from her. The delivery went as planned, and everything was perfect. Although we made the decision to purchase because of Treasa, the price was actually the best of all 4 stores.

I visit this store probably once a week for random home improvement needs. Every time I visit I spend more than I should, but it's always worth it. I'm able to complete all of my tasks with minimal return trips. In the event I purchased too many or the wrong items, the return/exchange team are always super helpful.

This store is repeatedly clean and the staff friendly and helpful. My wife and I really appreciate the nice environment.

I am in this Home Depot store almost every day for materials and supplies. I usually find it clean and safe. I am familiar with most of the employees. I know they recognize me because I'm there so often. I don't know if it is part of the training, but because of the familiarity, I wish they were more willing to converse on a personal level. Most employees are very helpful.

The Hilliard Home Depot and its manager Mr. Hilliard always have a clean, organized, and well stocked store. The store is very involved in the local community supporting a church mission garden by donating to keep deer out of the garden. The fence allowed the pounds of fresh vegetables donated to area food pantries to increase from 900 pounds to over 3,000 pounds. THANK YOU.

An associate was very helpful to guide me to a seasonal item to winterize my home. While walking through the store, I was surprised at the selection and amount of masks and hand sanitizer available to protect from COVID-19 & flu. The prices for these protective products were reasonable and not gouging as some retailers are.

Gary the supervisor ignored me then refused to cut straps off a 2x4 pallet and pointed to the bay above that was unreachable. When I insisted, while holding his blade out he started being rude saying a few snide comments among them that 'I clearly need help' and started to badger me in front of the cashier and other employees. Gary cut the straps after more insistence and then after being told to leave me alone continue to attempt to grab 2x4s and 'help' me repeating 'I clearly need help' after a few more snide comments Gary the supervisor fled the area when it became clear he was antagonizing me as a customer and other employees started to take notice of his behavior. WOW...JUST WOW.

I love this store. It is a very clean store, shelfs are always stocked, no product laying on the floors waiting to be put away, people are very helpful, and sale items are always in stock.

The store is always clean and organized. It is my go to hardware store. the store always has what The I'm looking for. The shelves are always well stocked.

Garden center is great

This store and the associates working here are a top notch team. They make eye contact and say hello even if they are busy with other customers. I frequent many Home Depot locations in the area and this one, in my opinion, is the best. Customer service seems to be a focus and that focus is working great. I love this Home Depot location.

This Home Depot is great for customer service, cleanliness, selection and for having items in stock!!!!! Love the color choices in totes, tables, and patio/garden flowers. Never disappointed!

This is the best store in Columbus. Gary at the pro desk along with the others are very professional and always looking to get you what your looking for.

Very friendly associates! Morgan my cashier handed me a note requesting I fill out survey with her name written on it. Nice personal touch.

You can do it, we can help, should be shortened to you can do it. Being helped with a project seems beyond some of the employees capabilities. Also their garden center doors seem to close very early.

We found everything on our extensive list.....3 adjustable jacks, a 4x4 piece of liner, a 2-4 piece of lumber, some tile for our kitchen backsplash, a little light, some cord to rewrite a hanging light, a plug to replace a sweeper plug, plants from the Garden area, a towel ring, some white screws ........ And finally, some foil drip pans for our grille! Talk about One Stop Shopping!!! Home Depot has it all!! Thanks!

Cashier Kam always greets me with a smile. This is sometimes the best part of my day.

This store does not practice social distancing. The employees are not required to wear face masks. Not as safe as their competitors.

The associates have always been incredibly helpful to us here. During the COVID outbreak and quarantine I felt very safe shopping here still to get some to-dos checked off our home list.
