Good store, but parking is a bear. Too many spaces filled with store equipment and storage. Have to drive around and around to find a spot.

Biught a paint sprayer after taking with a paint Dept employee who helped me choose which one fit my needs as a non proffessional, but with lots of projects.

I have been doing a remodeling project for the last several months. I have visited this Home Depot nearly daily during that time. I have found the associates to be more friendly, anxious to help and more available than in the past or at the competition.

The older lady who works in appliances has the best customer service skills ever. She very knowledgeable and patients. Can't remember her name sorry but go see her for your kitchen needs

went to the store twice, only to find Millwork had on one scheduled to work there. Waited per customer service for someone to show up, but they didnt come into work.....they should have known that, rather than have we wait for someone that wasnt there/

Like shopping at home depot. The employees appreciate you as a customer. They take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied.

I bought a washer/ dryer and fridge from Gina M, she is excellent.

99% of time Clean, well stocked. Today was a bit less so. Still very helpful!

It is sure a great feeling to be helped with a smile. Excellent customer service!

Jay was a great salesman. Knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with all our questions. We felt as if we were in very good hands.

I thought I was beginning shopping around for bathroom countertops. I had such great help from this woman from being kind to a senior citizen to being knowledgeable, helpful, full of info, I decided to not go anywhere else & bought Quartz for both bathrooms.

I received exceptional service. I was so impressed!

If you need any type of door or questions go to Jeff or Keenan. These two are exceptional at what they do and go out of their way to help customers with whatever they need.

Found a beautiful pothos plant and browsed many options for appliances and grills. It was super easy for us to go figure out exactly what we want. The staff was friendly and even gave our daughter a sticker.

Can't say enough good things about kitchen designer, Mike G. He worked very patiently with me through many options and changes. He has a thorough knowledge of kitchen construction and design. And he was able to keep me on budget. If you are looking for kitchen cabinets, I highly recommend making an appointment with Mike at the Bluffton Home Deport.

Very hard to find help, all departments seem understaffed, product shortages or slow restocking time for the last several years. Checkout process is always a nightmare due to lack of space and confusion about which line is for which register, most of which have not been staffed by a cashier for years. This location was built when the town was much smaller and simply has not caught up to the demands of a rapidly growing town with over 20,000 people in it

Sunday evening, just before closing. Scott, the General Manager, was on duty - and helped me without any hesitation, and rendered top notch customer service. What an example to all his staff!

If you have a Appliance order problem/situation see David Green. Everyone else is not properly trained.

I went in looking for a Refrigerator, Jeffrey Mayo was there, I told him how disappointed I was in my previous refrigerator, and a certain budget I had in mind, He was very friendly and had a good personality, He got me what I needed and it didn’t take long to work the details out, Thank you very much mr Mayo

The store was fine easy to get around and easy to purchase the washer/dryer. The delivery and installation of the washer/dryer has not happened. We are on the third scheduled installation and they keep cancelling.

I went to the Home Depot looking for large U bolts, which I had seen on the web site, for a home project. Upon entering I was greeted by smiling faces welcoming me to the store. As I wandered around trying to find the section I needed, behind me I heard a happy fella singing. He introduced himself as Scott and asked if I needed help. He then cheerfully guided me to where I needed to be, only to find that they did not have that particular Bolt in stock. I checked my saved item list and found I had not paid attention to the fact that it was an “order and deliver” item. Scott suggested that it could be made simply and explained how and what things to get. He must have seen the “deer in the headlights” look on my face and said he could easily make them for me. Yeah, I know. He’s said it wouldn’t take that long and that he loved creating things in their machine room. 15 minutes later he returned with exactly what I needed and all the little tags for check out. I couldn’t thank him enough and he said he was just happy he could help. Here’s the kicker....when I checked out the cost was less than had I ordered the original ones on line and waited. I went to customer service to speak to a manager about what a wonderful experience Scott had given me and was told the manager was unavailable but that I could speak to a supervisor. The supervisor and the surrounding ladies in that department tried to figure out who he was when the saw a guy in the next area helping another customer. “Yep! That’s him!” They all kinda smiled and said “That’s Scott, our store manager”. They were not surprised by what he had done for me and said they were lucky to have him taking care of their store. I honestly have never had a bad experience at this store and with quiet leaders like Scott showing by example how to care about his customers and staff, it easy to see why people like me will continue to trust Home Depot with my project needs. Thank you Scott and gang at this store. You all rock!

Always know that when I go to purchase items for an ongoing project or need answers to the many questions I have regarding household challenges....our Home Depot associates are there to assist me.
