Clean store. Organized well. Good idea to separate the Online Pickup area. Very helpful people. Only one recommendation..... for those who pick out merchandise for online orders, make sure you're picking the correct merchandise. Many times I've had online orders and many times the wrong item was picked. Lots of unessessary waiting time for customer and customer service personnel involved to re-pick item. I do all my shopping Online. I am DISABLED, please add a chair or bench at customer service area for disabled customers. Other than that, GREAT STORE!

I purchased a utility trailer. Locating and processing my purchase was easy, and the associates I worked with were eager and happy to make it as smooth as possible. Very happy with my trailer!

Excellent rating due to the employee who asisted me today. I forget his name but he had served in The Marine Corps....it showed and it wasn't even his department!!

Cashier Karen was excellent - Give her a 5. Great personality and made sure everything was right.

I have been shopping in the Hooksett Store for 7 years. The associates are always helpful and pleasant. They make it easy for me to find what I need and get back to work.

One of the best in the region. Helpful, competent and caring staff, from clerks to managers, not just to me, but to each other. I am closer to other HD's in the area, but this one is very special.

Overall this is our go to store and we purchase a lot of material besides our annuals and perennials. I found the store neat and the associates especially in the garden center helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I found your flowers and vegetables a bit over priced for the quality. I will think twice about purchasing from your garden center for business purposes because my department is only budgeted so much and I need to get more for the money.

Needed assistance from an employee to find a small pump to empty out my little yard pond.. one employee thought it would be in the garden area so off we went...nope, not there..the woman working in the garden area took time to help us! She thought maybe the plumbing dept...so off we went..with her (wish I'd gotten her name!) in tow...asked a couple of other employees we passed and one of them thought he knew so off we went after adding him to the group ... yep... in plumbing! Perfect... thanks to all who helped... these are the kinds of employees ALL stores should have!!

Davis, a young employee was so helpful. Helped me load several bags of mulch in my car, after loading them in a cart. Could not have done this purchase without him.

Best to avoid store during busy times such as weekends because you can't find help and when you do, you get incorrect information. In my case, told I could get military discount but when I reached cashier with line behind me, told that Weber products didn't qualify.

I have never installed flooring and decided to have a go at it. When I went inside the this store I was greeted right away. I was then helped buy a guy in flooring who was patient with my hundreds of questions and helped me to get everything I needed. Because I his instructions and suggestions with what I needed, I now have a beautiful floor installed in my house. My wife was shocked that I did the install. You guy rock!!! This is why I will only shop at Home Depot. Thanks for the help!!!

The Hooksett store is a very well run organization. I frequently go in and out several times per week.I always recieve good assistance. Earlier this week I rented a power rake from the tool rental unit. Once agoin, the employee was extra helpful and pleasant. I will give the store manager a high mark for how he/she is running the store.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Most everyone is so friendly. Geoff in Appliances was so helpful with our purchase of our new refrigerator. He explained exactly what we were purchasing including the extended warranty and went over all the details of our delivery and made sure that we understood everything and gave us his card and told us to call him with any questions or problems. Such a nice friendly man. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. I needed help in the paint dept and John was great at helping me pick the correct paint for my project and also gave me some info for future projects that we will be doing. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Ilana was my cashier and she was very friendly as well. Also spoke to Marc in appliances ( again) and he was helpful and showed me some more options in refrigerators ( I am so picky). He is always a pleasure to work with ( as we have several times)

This store almost always has what we are looking for and great prices. Kudos to Anne in Appliances she was so helpful in helping us look at all our options for a refrigerator. She asked us lots of questions and answered all of ours. Super friendly as well.

Jennifer in flooring is an utmost professional and genuinely cares about helping customers with their choices and is extreme knowledgeable. All the staff at this location were very helpful.

This is my favorite store to shop at as most of the employees are very friendly and helpful and if they cannot help me they help me find someone who can. Mel was the one who helped me last week in trying to locate cabinet hardware and when we could not find them he went out of his way to look them up on line so that I could order them on line. He is very friendly and extremely helpful.
