Never purchase a water softener from here if you don't know how to install it yourself They said they would have someone to install it but the only thing we received after purchasing it was the run around calling number after number and also returning to the store not that it helped either

This store is always clean or being cleaned. The item that I was searching for was not there but there was an alternative so I was pleased for that. Next, I proceeded to get my next items and was greeted by a rep who directed to the isles to pickup the items that I came to the store for.

This is the best Home Depot in Jacksonville. Every employee I've had contact with in this store will go way out of their way to help with my problem. I had a problem with one of my sprinkler heads and couldn't get anyone out to fix it. So I went to my Home Depot to look to see if I could fix it myself. Well the guy, I didn't get his name and I'm sorry I didn't, he was so helpful to the point of putting the pieces together that I needed and writing down the instruction on how to fix it. I say that's going the distance for your customer. That's why my Home Depot on Lanes Ave is the best Home Depot.

The Associate’s are very helpful

Could not find anyone on the floor to assist with what I was looking for but the cashier at self checkout(Lisa on the receipt) took the time out to verify and look up the item in her system vs the website to ensure I had the right product. She was extremely helpful and accommodating.
