I enjoy shopping as any the the Home Depot stores. I always get a nice greeting as well as the assistance I need when required. The prices for the items I purchase are fair.

Military discount is a joke and very misleading. It is truly a shame how they treat military veterans. I will be shopping only at Loews from here on out.

I recommend this HD due to the fact the return line was building up. Unlike most places when this happens employees disappear or say excuse me and walk right by. However, Melessia a HD specialist took ownership by greeting the line and hopped on a register to help dissipate the return line. Melessia, keep on helping where needed as he has gone to prepare a place for you.

This is a good place to shop if you don't need much help finding and loading things. It seems that the employees are hiding from you if they see you first. Maybe it's just Coronaphobia or worst plain old laziness.

Staff was very helpful and spoke politely

I've shopped there for YEARS and its always clean but the best part is that all of your associates know where everything can be found no matter what it is in the store. This saves a lot of walking around.

HD has really stepped up their customer service game. At one point the associates seemed to avoid you or not very knowledgeable. I even started going to the competition but I decided I didn’t like the store as much as HD. I’m incline to believe there were enough complaints or a management change but customer service did change for the better and I’m very happy to say HD is my first choice!

The service at this location is very poor. The employees are not well trained to serve customers at checkout and significant time is wasted because of their lack of preparation.
