      Panel saw is crap or Operator error?
      Wanted a 4x8 sheet cut into 4 separate 11.5" wide pieces. All 4 were tapered one by 3/8". Only offered a 10% discount on the cut pieces, I should have just walked out. I won't buy lumber at this store again.

              More helpful than before
              Shopped there yesterday for an assortment of items. I was asked if I needed assistance several times which was a nice change. I got everything I went there for. Tim in Lighting was especially helpful.

                Customer service and communication from store is bad.
                I purchased items online, sent my daughter to pick it up curbside. It took them 30 min to find the order and when I got home from work saw that they only gave her a partial order. (She did not know what she was picking up, or she would have asked them) I drove back, went to customer service and the employee said that part of the order was canceled due to out of stock items. I told him I paid for it and I did not receive any communication that it was out of stock. He checked the computer, they had over 100 in stock so he walked over, grabbed what I ordered and told me I'd have to buy them because he shows I was refunded. I told him I wasn't refunded and it should just show as part of the order. He told me that if I didn't show refunded, it was a tech issue, and I'd have to contact tech support. I asked for the manager's name, he only knew the first name and when I asked for the managers cards he told me they didn't have any. The assistant manager walked by and was asked by the employee for assistance. After he finished his conversation with another employee, he asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he had no response. I asked for proof that I was refunded and he printed out a receipt that the other employee either didn't know how to do or was uninterested in helping me because his Door Dash just arrived.

                          Shop at another store!
                          Staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Many were standing around and one even told us he was bored while we waited forever for one guy to help us. No one else would. We just gave up and left. Shop somewhere else!

                                WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF A REMODEL AND HAD TO DEAL WITH EVERY DEPARTMENT, WHICH WE WERE NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING. LO AND BEHOLD EVERY EMPLOYEE AND EVERY DEPARTMENT FROM FLOORING TO APPLIANCES AND PAINT TO PLUMBING WAS LEGIT. THEY KNEW THEIR STUFF AND DIDN'T MAKE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE A NUISANCE.

                                    Tim is the best!!
                                    Our GE dryer has died after 8 years of hard service. It was a very sad day when it died. After reviewing offerings on-line we chose Home Depot to help us purchase a new dryer. Tim in Kitchens and Applicance listened closely to our needs and desires as he narrowed down our options. We quickly chose our replacement. With Tim's guidance we were able to secure 18 months of 0% financing and look forward to receiving our new dryer soon. The product was in supply and is to be delivered to our home in four days. Thank you Tim! TnT

                                      Management was awful! Sales sold me something that could not be installed even after I explained what I needed. Home Depot took zero responsibility for their mistake. Management refused to help rectify the situation. Worse experience of my life! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

                                        My wife and I recently visited this Home Depot store to shop for a microwave oven to replace the one we currently had - that had stopped working. We found a microwave that was a clearance item, and purchased it and took it home. Unfortunately, when we arrived home, we discovered that it didn't have the installation kit or hardware we needed to have it installed. The next day I went back to the store to see if they still might have the installation kit, or one that would work to complete the installation. Unfortunately, they didn't and the only options available seemed to be: either ordering the parts needed, and hoping they would arrive soon, or just returning the microwave we'd recently purchased and getting a refund. Neither option was really what we were hoping for, and at that point the Appliance Manager did some further checking and discovered they had in storage a very similar microwave to the one we had originally purchased, and it was still in its original shipping container. They offered to sell it to us for a reduced price for the problem we had experienced, and we were very pleased with the microwave we ended up with, and how the whole situation was handled by this Home Depot store.

                                                Mixed feelings.  Just left sitting in parking lot filling this out.  Tears in my eyes, embarrassment in my countinance.  Had a wonderful experience with the older lady in returns. I returned 2 cans of paint. And purchased $130.00 in new items. Had wonderful conversation about how I , (along with 4 billion others)was single handedly keeping HD profitable LOL. She will remember me. Her station was at the end of returns so wasn't clear how to exit.  She said I could go either way.   I headed for the self check out door closes to my truck, instead of back tracking the other way; basket full of fresh new HD bagged items. Was immediately stopped by another older women who wanted to see my receipt.  I had absent minded folded it and jammed it into my wallet with easily 40 other HD receipts.  I stood there trying to find it as countless others walked by. Even told her about nice lady checker in returns, who would remember our fun chat.  She ignored that and continued her security diligence. Humiliating and ridiculous. 5-6 LONG minutes later I finally found the receipt . She said next time keep your receipt in your hand.  I will remember both ladies. How many people keep their receipt in their hand at home depot? Some may even throw it away immediately or decline it all together. Both ladies will likely remember me. I am a black female in an ocean of nearly entirely non-black customers.  And I will remember both ladies! I'm literally in and out of various HDs at least 4-5 times a week sometimes 2-3 times a day! Although I 'm a health/medical professional, I own several Airbnbs and do a lot of the work myself. I am GRATEFUL for HD in general. So Also grateful for the nice checker in returns.  Conflicted that one lady's assumption and treatment of me, (no "hello" and not listening to me) that I might be a liar and a thief led to her persistent actions, despite my calm demeaner and polite story.  Some will say she was just doing her job. I say I see groups of people who don't look like me exit through the same doors and are not stopped and double checked, or assumed guilty until they prove via documentation, innocence. It's by Red Rocks, the last HD before I head up the mountain to one of my properties,  so at some point I will need to go back. I will make sure my receipt in my hand! Actually I ALWAYS get a printed receipt for this very reason.  Just the first HD to do it to me. Had a hard time with rating. Store has many stellar employees. I shouldn't let this rotten experienc e cloud that.
