Our go to store for all our home projects and tools! We eat from our garden daily and everything started from a trip to Home Depot!

I bought this today although my Weber has been discontinued for a while now. I can still find parts for it at my Home Depot.

I buy charcoal, wood chunks and alot of supplies for my lunch truck. Always have items in stock! Mahalo!!

When I showed the customer service person a picture of the lower price they had on an item only days before , they not only accommodated me , they exceeded the lower price . Excellent!

I bought some beautiful plants, a chainsaw and a hedge trimmer to do my own pruning but I also need a coconut grater…can you get one for me???

I am a senior citizen that needed help finding items that I needed at Home Depot. I came in late in the evening. The staff was immediately helpful, assisting me in locating what I needed. They are Professionals! If you want a great shopping experience, go to Kapolei Home Depot! It's the only hardware store that I trust.

Ms. Roxane did not failed me today. I was only supposed to buy a paint, because of Ms. Roxane professionalism and dedication to help me, I was convinced by her to buy a traeger bbq smoker. It's not all about the discount i received, but the customer service that she provided was outstanding. She walked me through the whole process of the credit card application and the benefits that comes with the card also through final purchase. Well deserve for her to be recognized, lead by example.

While shopping it began to rain HARD!!! Kimo and the other staff grabbed umbrellas and escorted customers to their cars. They made sure the facility was safe and we're extremely helpful and courteous during my trip. They awnsered my questions and gave me great suggestions. All the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. This was probably one of the best customer service experience s I've ever had. They all deserve a raise and some props! Mahalo nui loa& Aloha!!

I needed help on selecting a good brand on a weed eater was starting a little yard project and wanted some advice about the selection of brands they carried. Jesse an Home Depot employee came up asked if we needed help or any questions that he could answer for me i explained the about my project I was doing and he helped me selected a great brand also helped me find the other tools I was looking for. Great customer service from beginning to end and I’m happy with the purchases that I made all the tools and my weed eater works outstanding thank you Jesse.

I love coming to see their garden. It’s such a beautiful place but they really need more help out there!! Hire me HOME DEPOT!!!

The staffs at the Kapolei store are kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I've never experienced this kind of customer service at the Honolulu or Pearl City store. It's too bad we live on the Windward side.

the item I purchased wasn't on the floor due to safety reasons. I notified a sales associate, and they retrieved the item quickly and walked with me to customer service. cashier at customer service answered all questions I had about the product.

Throughout my recent shopping there, I was greeted and helped from very friendly staffs. I can't name them all, but only the one, Ginsey, who helped me with redoing the promotional coupon.

I came to Home Depot looking for a temporary solution to my AC issues at place of business. Sonny answered all the questions I had and more. He and Ben helped me retrieve my items, speed through checkout, and helped load my car. Such gentlemen! Highly recommend this location. Always clean, and friendly, helpful staff.

Home Depot saves me time from running to my grocery store for my cleaning supplies. I love the nice smells of your wipes and air freshener sprays.

I love going to this location over the pearl city location just because the cashiers, and everybody else is much more friendly. Shout out to the cashier Darien who was so kind during checkout. I didn’t have the best day but he made it better

I always find what I’m looking for at the Kapolei Store. The store is clean, the shelves are always fully stocked and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Enjoy shopping at the Kapolei Home Depot. Items always in stock and friendly employees (SATO and cashier Cherie). Always easy no hassle return policy within limits.
