Knowing that Home Depot Kapolei is one of the most convenient hardware store on the leeward coast they still manage to keep store clean. Customer service is great and staff is helpful for what ever needs to help on your home project.

KNOWLEGEABLE employee DARIN helped me get a awesome lawn mower!!

I had a problem with the self-checkout and Liam & Steven were right there to help me out with knowledge & proficiency and got me out of there in no time. I was tired from work so getting out of there quickly was a plus! Great job Liam & Steven!

My partner and I recently visited the Kapolei (#1706) location and received excellent customer service. We'd like to give a shout out to Kimi over in the lumber department. Not only was she pleasant to work with but she was also very knowledgeable and informative, efficiently and effectively providing the level of insight and guidance that informed our purchasing decision based on our needs and constraints. We look forward to working with her again in the future!

Ginsey in Returns she is always helpful , respectful and polite. Always doing something. She takes care of the customers. Very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I was in line and the line was pretty backed up. Ginsey came in walked to her register and all you could here was have a great day ,Next . Line went down so fast . She goes above and beyond for us customers and also for her co-workers too. I think she deserves a raise. I run a business and I asked her to give me a call because my company could use her customer service skills. It was Awesome .

Kapolei Home Depot employee Jamar was so helpful and though I am disabled she made my trip expedient and enjoyable. Found exactly what I needed and was in and out in no time at all!

My dishwasher arrived with a broken door. ( The box was intact.)Once reported, a replacement was located and delivered within the week! Misty and the managers kept me informed all along the way. GREAT Customer service. I will happily travel the 45 miles from my home to this Kapolei store in the future.

Watch out for the cashier named TATIANA. She must have some issues she brings to work with her. She was extremely rude to me and didn’t apologize when she found out she was wrong about accusing me of trying to return something from a different store. Amazing…

Shout out to Rizalie in the pro section who was pulling customers out of a slow line and got us checked out quicker than expected

Jasmine is awesome. Look for missing/empty item on the shelf. She was keep looking even I gave up. 15mins later, she found item and look for me before I check out.

Would like to say thank you to Starr and Dixie for their help today with my lumber purchase. Starr called for someone to help and then made sure I got help by coming by to check on me (nobody came) and then apologized and quickly found Starr who assisted me. Top notch. Mahalo.

customer satisfaction is out the window when you buy a Robi. The dealer in the store is a bad representative for their product. A month old battery used to hold a charge for an hour an when it would only hold a charge for 10 minutes they would not exchange the battery. The female rep tried for a minute and said battery is good and would not exchange it saying the battery is good,when talking to a home depot representative was told to bring back tool and battery then Ryobi personnel tells my son he couldn't exchange it for a new battery..he said he shouldn't by any more tools from them and they said 'that's ok' like they are so uncareing for their customers,,so they got their wish.

The Home Depot Kapolei store Millwork Department helped me today with a special order kitchen door with irregular dimensions. The Millwork associate was knowledgeable, professional and patient. My special order took only a few minutes to complete. Kudos to them for the big assist today! Great job guys!

I had a better than average experience today. I was acknowledged by every worker in every aisle. It was refreshing and appreciated.

I brought something a few month and because I didn’t the same credit card I’ve use for product they have me store credit and or offered to replace item .

I always shop at Home Depot for supplies and tools. Also my go to store. It should a must for every contractor and home owner.

I was walking around having a hard time finding things and Nafoa came up to me asked me if I needed help and I said no at first but he was persistent which changed my mind and eventually he helped me with more than what I came to the store to grab. Explained to me how the deals worked which changed my mind on products I wouldn’t have bags a second thought about, very good help !

I have dealt with Home Depot for many years, even before they came to Hawaii. I generally do not shop around but go directly to the Kapolei store for all my needs. I believe that the Kapolei store has the best management team of all the locations that I have visited.
