Great place to shop for Household needs

Excellent service employees were very attentive and helped me choose out what I needed. Very satisfied with my experience at this Home Depot location. Alicia was the one that helped me choose the correct blinds that I needed.

Dee Dee and Susan are excellent, friendly professionals - need more like them!

Very friendly store. I especially appreciate their discounts for US military veterans.

Pretty good experience

Cynthia, African American employee, blatantly discriminates, yells & screams at non-white customers and states that she has to yell at " them" because they don't speak English. She never stops to acknowledge you and walks away while you are still conversing with her. She will not assist a non-white person with items to be loaded onto a customer's cart. She is an absolute disgrace to the store environment given the fact that Blacks have suffered the most from such attitudes in their private experiences. Perhaps she is practicing retribution in her mind.

A nice place to visit and look around, one finds things one never thought they existed to help do a job.

Aletta, was welcoming and helped address all our queries we had for the product. She took time to find our product almost every corner she and her staff could and found it..Great employees, good coordination, surprisingly they all were smiling, energetic, and fresh even at the closing hours. I will definitely visit them and would recommend you and First colony on southwest ( Andy referred me to your store).

Lazy employees didn’t want to help us load. Wood in the wrong spot made it difficult to select correct wood. Had to move all the wrong pieces to get to the right ones.

Worst shopping experience ever. Poorly stocked. Lots of employees walking around, but no one interested in helping. No one knew who was in charge.

WHATEVER YOU DO.... MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICES BEING CHARGED, SCANNED PRICES DO NOT ALWAYS MATCH UP TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE, ALSO BE AWARE THAT SOME OF THE STAFF DO NOT KNOW SIMPLE MATH AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THEY ARE SUPERIOR TO YOU. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK

In a clutch ..you know what I mean a 10 hour day,and all you want to do is go to the house ,but and your short one. out of that....need a ...Home Depot and the staff have made the extra effort to aid me ..Going the extra mile to insure they were truly out of the item in question, and then directing me to yet another Depot that had the item in stock ..Home Depot has been there for me more times than not.Over all 5 stars

There's a pandemic and a mandate to wear masks in any businesses or services. This home depot, for the past month I've shopped here, has lacked proper training because EVERY SINGLE visit I've made had at the very least 3 employees not wearing the mask properly. They leave their nose uncovered, not realizing that there's no use to wear a mask if you dont have your nasal and mouth passages not covered. I went to the store, to make a return, and noticed an employee "chin-strapping" her mask. The whole time, she touched her nostrils with her bare hands many times, too many to count. When asked to put the mask on, she got rude and confrontational. Told me to get out of the store, to which I lost my cool. I said a few cuss words and asked for manager. The whole time, the other staff were on her side and not taking sides of following the state mandate which makes it illegal to not properly wear a mask in the business. The manager came and asked me what was going on and I told him. When I went back to pick up the rest of my items, she was still argumentative and STILL not wearing a mask. IF homedepot cannot properly train their staff at this location, then maybe then need to close this location. I will not go back here because now I'm "That guy" who tried to ensure that a business was doing its best to protect me. Praise to the manager and Mrs. Tonya, they were professional. As for that associate, whose name I did not get, needs to be fired.

Not too bad

Been coming to this location for almost 19yrs. Never had any problems with customer service from any of the associates. They always treated me like family. Especially Nikki, Veronica, Maria, Paul, and Mr. Santa Clause. Plus the 2 main ladies that running the Curb side and there helpers.

Todays experience with the cashier Alejandra was less than a great experience she seemed as if she did not want to be at work or provide assistance. I informed her that I purchased items online and I did not have a receipt nor did I have the credit card with me that I made the purchase I informed her of these things when I 1st arrived to the register she seemed to be very nonchalant in a wanting to assist me i stood there looking through my phone looking for a receipt of for the purchase when she could have gotten the information with my email address this is less than expected from a person providing customer service. I asked her on two occasions is another way for her to look up the receipt...she was very unprofessional and lacks customers service. Someone need to speak to her about her work performance and reeducate her on customer service.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and caring. I would gladly recommend this location.

Items were left out of my online order. Didn't realize it until I got back home. Tried calling and sat on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. Still hasn't been resolved.

When it comes to paint and great advice there is only one person I go to. John a 17 year veteran in the paint dept at Home depot on hwy 6 and West Belfort. I have depended on him for many years to give me the best guidance for all my painting projects. Home Depot has a great asset in John. Home Depot needs more knowledgeable associates like John.

Delivery date for dryer was December 4th. Delivery was delayed until December 12.

Easy to get location, items visible with proper tags and staff always willing to help, by the way very knowledgeable offering great recommendations.

This is the BEST HOME DEPOT I've ever visited in Sugar Land! I am so grateful they are located around the corner of my house. I love the people who work there, all of them! This is surely a very Special Home Depot, the people there are really Sweet, Kind and Understanding of all situations. They are so equipped to handle any and every concerns there is. I've seen it and witnessed it every month. Thank you so much for all your hard work and Thank you Willie for being so patient and kind with me last night when I walked in at 8:55pm. I'm the worst customer... I love the fact that she was an Angel of GOD, because she was a Blessing from Heaven and I was surely Blessed by her presence and help. Thank you!
