good customer service

The store has improved so much. I was impressed before you had to look for an employee to help you now they greet you and ask how they can help you. Also the store was very clean and neat. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

I'm really disappointed in the customer service I received on my most recent visit. Let me preference my comment by saying that I have spent thousands at Home Depot in the past and considered myself a loyal customer. Today I used an e-gift card to purchase $30 worth of bug spray and due to the an issue with the store's system the transaction was put on "reserve." This meant I couldn't take my items nor could I cancel the transaction and get my money back. No one, from the store manager to the cashiers seemed to care in the least that they made me wait almost 20 minutes for their system to release the funds.

Don't go here early or if you might need assistance. Store might open early but don't have people in the departments to help. 3 out of 4 departments we needed help in there were no employees at all not even someone walking around.

Store was clean. I like the attention-grabbing displays in the aisle near the cashiers. I don't like self-checkout unless you offer an accompanying discount. You are un-employing workers and should compensate somebody (why not the customers) for performing this task, you cheapskates! My last visit was to rent a drain snake. The young man at the rental counter was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I am sorry that I cannot name him particularly because he deserves accolades.

I had to look at 3 Magic Chef 4.5 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerators to get one that was not dented or opened. After installing the 4.5 frig there was a screw with a broken plastic bushing on each of the top corners of the frig. The manual showed a plastic top cover on the frig. Checking I found that the plastic top had been crushed into the styrofoam packing. Something heavy must have been dropped or stacked on top of the frig in shipping or at Home Depot. The frig will have to be re-packed, re-loaded and returned. A huge waste of time and effort.

With the extreme hot outside temperatures over 100F and feels like temperatures even higher, no customer or employee should have to experience the dangerous heat buildup in this store. The AC has been out for days. Employees running around sweating. Is this how Home Depot treats customers and employees? Dangerous.

It was a great place to shop, but lately things are not the same.

Staff at this store is great! Helpful and with a lot of initiative. Shout out to Mary Jane---beautiful attitude and lots of patience! Even if you don't find what you're looking for, suggestions and problem solving with them helped. Not too busy for us!

This home-depot is the best! It is 3 min away from my home! I love this store and spend my time going in there. Just like going to a shoes store!

The older Caucasian woman with white hair in the kitchen department was completely condescending and unhelpful. Her distasteful way of speaking to me made me very upset. I came up to her and she was helping another customer so I stood by to wait to speak to her. The customer she was helping walked away from her and I came to her calling for her by saying "excuse me, ma'am?". She still ignored me. I had to get in front of her face and make eye contact for me to be acknowledged. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that, because of her age, she may be hard of hearing. But upon speaking to her I realized she was just a very condescending, unfriendly woman. I don't know if she was upset I was "bothering her" while helping someone else. Her direct response was "I'm busy". Very, very put off by this! I hope management has the ability to see cameras to see that I was at least respectful enough to wait while she was not having direct contact with another customer! She said she was busy while the customer she had been speaking with WALKED AWAY.

Although the store stays busy, the employees are always very helpful. This location usually is well stocked when it comes to items needed for a job. The check out & self-check lanes are usually swift, not much waiting or hassle. They should bring back the Greeters at the entry section of the store. It makes the customers feel even more welcomed (might even spend more without realizing it). Well kept environment & location. Thank You.

some staffs are helpful but some are not, even the manager Mike doesnt really know the inventory system ! i have been waiting more than 30 mins in home appliance department but no staff there , i did asked someone else but they just try to call and told me someone will be back in couple mins, no way i have waiting for more than 30 mins but nobody came, i need to go to front counter to ask , the front counter lady was helpful and nice and she even called the store manager to help me , but he was not helpful

It was a good, quick visit. I have no complaints.

My favorite store. Have been coming here since I was 15 and my dad used to bring me. Now my son attends the kids arts and crafts Saturdays. Great store and mostly good employees.

The store is neat and well organized.

The store was clean and staff was friendly , John from Paint is the guy I recommend as he knows what he is doing and is a great help.

i think the parking lot needs more lights. It is pretty dark at night.

SINCE THIS IS A DO IT YOURSELF STORE !!!! FUNNY TO SEE A LARGE POTHOLE IN THE EXIT ROAD AS YOU EXIT ONTO HWY 6... EVEN IF IT HAPPENS TO BE SOMEWHERE WHERE HARRIS COUNTY SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT { NOT SURE } - LAST THING YOU WANT A CUSTOMER TO REMEMBER IS HITTING A POTHOLE AS THEY LEAVE YOUR STORE AM SUIRE THERE IS A MAINTENANCE TEAM THERE OR ONE THAT TRAVELS TO ALL STORES THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THIS SOME TIME AGO

It is sometimes hard to find help but once you find somebody they really help you out
