This location has done a lot of improvement in the last year. The attitude of workers has improved tremendously. On prior visits there were many who made it seem you were bothering them. Last trips everyone have stopped what they were doing to offer help.

DAVID J. was extremely helpful by helping me with large bags of soil and even going from garden center to other side of store for sand for me. Loaded all in my car.

I couldn’t find an item and the cashier was very friendly and helpful and moved really fast and has great customer service

Great Job Home Depot

I’m not sure if the employees are kept in a locked closet and beaten daily then released only to work, but they are the angriest people I have ever met. I think out of 10 employees only one had a smile and responded when I said hello. The cashier didn’t say one word to me. I mean not one, seemed as if I was disrupting her from standing there doing nothing.

The store continuously has problems with scanning the military discount code on my phone, and even once it is read, there will be a problem with a phone number that they did not ask for. Very dissatisfied.

Great experience shopping today. Deborah the cashier was wonderful and made my shopping experience great.

The store worked to assist me in a washing machine return slightly beyond 30 days.

As busy as Home Depot was today being it was Saturday and the increased business of post-Hurricane Ida, I was in and out in minutes.

The cashier, Miya was very helpful. I had some bolts which I assumed were all the same. She carefully looked at them and then informed me that they were different ones. The care for that really meant a lot especially because that was saving me a trip on needing to come back at all! Thanks so much.

Was greeted upon arrival. Everyone was friendly. Got what I needed and was checked out in no time.Everything was clean and easy to find.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees at this location were. I have been in many locations where the just walk by you or say they'll be right back and never do. And forget about them offering to help you load your vehicle, you might have to beg for that! But this store was different, very kind and professional. Keep up the good work!!! I'm a 62 year old widow and it is sometimes hard for me to shop in a home improvement store, y'all made it easy and pleasant!!!

Good management make good employees. Nice and clean store.

This store does not honor the service of veterans without a specialized ID. My husband and I are both honorably discharged US ARMY veterans of the Vietnam Era. We are fortunate in that we don't need the facilities of the VA so we don't have those ID's. We DO have our veteran's status on our driver licenses and we had to provide our DD214s to the DMV to have that happen. Are we less a veteran simply because we were lucky enough not to have been injured?

Most staff are friendly and willing to assist customers. Cherie was very helpful when I had an issue to be resolved.

5 to 10% of the customers in the store had no mask on. Another 5 to 10% and a mask pull down away from their nose. A few of the employees had a mask pulled away from their nose. I will not be returning to this Home Depot for A long time

I shop here often and on each occasion I receive excellent customer service. Most items are in stock and the store is clean.
