The level of customer service is second to none. The experience was one that I wish every company would adapt.

Over the decades that I have shopped this location, the customer service is now excellent. Current management is choosing and training their employees in positive customer service, and it shows.

Home Depot employees, in LaPlace, LA, are always friendly and helpful.

Home Depot (Laplace) has always been my go to store for all my home maintenance supplies and repair items. I have never had a bad experience; I have even ordered online and picked up in the store. I had my kitchen counters re-done and received excellent service. I shop there year round for tools, gardening items, lighting, and cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the products.

This store gets 100 stars from me! Ms. Gwen in lumber went above and beyond to make sure that my item was not in stock. Luckily for me, the scanner was incorrect. I needed this Black Friday deal!!

I was always greeted with a smile(before COVID) and told me exactly where to go for what I was looking for. Or they would take me to exactly what I was looking for.

once again as I stand in the lines at this particular home depot Ms. Nadi is a very helpful employee. I get in and out of the store in a timely manner. its always clean and the staff is always polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service to our community .

LaPlace Home Depot is the worse store. Very few employees are helpful. Most of them don't seem to care and act like they don't want to be bothered. I was so stressed out trying to pick out my vinyl floors and purchase all my materials to get my floors done because the store associates were no help and lazy. I decided to go to Lumber Liquidators in Harahan but saw a Home Depot and decided to stop there. The employees there were so nice, friendly and helpful. They gave me all the information I needed and eliminated all my stress. I shopped in several departments. From the greeting at the door to my departure, everyone were amazing. The LaPlace store doesn't come close to this. If it wasn't so far away, I would come to the Harahan Home Depot.

I’m giving this store a 5 star because the customer service is exceptional! And I interacted with sales associates in at least 4 different departments during my recent visit to the store.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with the help of the employees there. In particular Darren, Bryce and Jamal. The gentlemen were very attentive to my needs and were determined to making sure I was completely satisfied with my shopping experience. It was greatly appreciated.

Had another bad experience in your store today. Used self check-out and I purchased 3 items and paid for them and when I was leaving a lady that worked there grabbed the bag out of my hand and said I had four items and only paid for three. There was only three items in the bag. I told her if she did not trust me why did she not help me at the self check-out. She did not help me because she made a prejudice statement to me. Being that I am white and she was black. Not the first time that I was treated badly by employees in this store

Today at 5:01 today at your store was a horrible experience for me! The CSR in the painting dept was VERY nasty rude and unprofessional with my daughter and I. Her tone was very direct and she seemed very impatient with us as we asked questions regarding the different types of paint ! My teenage daughter was afraid to asks her anything, I told my daughter she has a nasty attitude ! At that point I wanted to leave the paint, but, my daughter really wanted it ! This lady is the ONLY CSR at this store that I have experienced this type of treatment from! I was TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED TODAY! Poor CSR!!

The store was neat and clean, the associates all of them was like can I help you every step you made, and they were so patient, some stores they be like that’s not my department and keep going, they be like, oh that Joe department, let me get Joe for you and whala Joe appears, LoL that’s what I call service, Thank You

Lexus, young lady in garden center went beyond what any other employee would. Most workers just point you in direction, If you're lucky.
