More than finding products I was searching for, I found employees who actually walked up and offered to help. This was without seeking them or watching them turn and go the other way to avoid helping someone. My son-in-law from out of state went into this store looking for paint and came back and said he could not believe how friendly and helpful everyone was in this store, unlike his store. He is a Home Depot fanatic and only wants gift cards for HD. The same happened to me while trying to order appliances. Multiple associates walked by and asked if I was being helped while I was waiting for the one person who could take care of me. Unfortunately, the day after a holiday was the one day there were not enough people working; however, it did not matter. Everyone was super nice and friendly!

I haven't been to Home depot since my husband passed and was having trouble finding what I needed. Your employee,A very lovely young lady named Lisa went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service, thank you!

The store has a wide variety of products and very accessible, the only thing is that the staff does not have much knowledge of the store and that affects on occasions An example is that the other day I asked an associate about a special product which I do not remember and this person sent me to a aisle it didn't even have to do with the product

Bombardment to get a Home Depot Credit card. My answer was simply and politely no thank you, I already have one. But the two employees wouldn't let up. I said no thank you, but they kept trying to tell me, even saying "I'm a smart woman to decide to get the credit card" and I said "well, I'm not all that smart because I'm not getting one." I went up to the register and the other employee had the register ready for me to put in my social security number to apply for the credit card. That was the end of my patience, I was very upset they kept at me to get a credit card so I handed my debit card to my husband to take care of the transaction; we should have just left. I was even told I could cancel the card when I get home and I said that's not good for a credit rating. They did not care. All they cared about was that I get the credit card. I shouldn't have been harassed. My simple, polite no should have been enough, but it was the many attempts to get me to apply. This is poor business on Home Depot's part.

A number of items I brought recently eg a solid handle for the shower to pull my disabled up it from his seat , was a god send and cheap. Plants are a must plus bark for the garden fabulous color. The best was my bathroom cabinet it was an incredible price better than all others places quoted. Happy customer

Our experience was in Appliances, with an employee named Ewa. So incredibly helpful, positive, and proactive. She not only knows appliances, she offered exceptional customer service. In fact, of all the HD stores we've been to this past 6 months, and we've made at least 100 HD trips due to various home improvement projects and moves, she's the only employee I've considered writing about. So good!

This location has always been a wonderful experience to shop in... This has been my store for over 20 years! I love it!!!

Diana M. cashier was extremely helpful waving me over as I was headed to self check out with a heavy load of stones. She saved me many steps pushing the heavy cart to self check out and all over the store. She was very friendly and helpful, made me laugh and feel glad we shared a moment. 5 stars for Diane M.

I normally go to Laguna Hills home Depot all the time because i know i can find items there or get ProDesk help. Home Depot Laguna Hills is the store I go to when I cannot find items at other stores!

Over the past 6-7 months, I have shopped the Laguna Hills and Laguna Niguel stores. On December 30-31 in Laguna Niguel, I noticed a white substance on the major appliances. When I mentioned it to the sales associate he confirmed that it was, indeed, bird feces. Wow. Is this really okay with you? Good thing you don't serve food!

The employees are always helpful and friendly. Just recently moved into a new place and I'm at Home Depot a lot. They always help me find what I need.

I was able to find some products i was looking for easily but when i couldn't find some of the products i needed, I was able to get help from an employees. The store was clean and there was no safety hazard. I felt safe to walk in the store.
