Clean and organize

Shout out to April for going above and beyond to search and find me the last tool set I was looking for. She didn’t give up until she tracked it down.

Products here are always easy to find. You can get assistance if you need it. The store is always very clean.

As usual, we had a very pleasant experience with the assistance of Allan. He helped us go through the wonderful plant displays and made some helpful suggestions.The store is a joy to shop at, everything is clean and well organized.

Be careful when returning products. There is a possibility that an item may not be returned properly (item skipped if returning multiple items). I recommend that you count your items to be returned and then count the number of items on your return receipt to make sure the return transaction was done properly.

The store has some very knowledgeable people there to help with your tasks at hand. Fantastic customer service!!

Clean. Employees available to help

Employees were walking around the store and asked if I needed help. I found this to be very good as I did not have to hunt for someone to assist me. I got the help I needed in selecting the right bathroom faucet. The cashier was very friendly and told me about the great discount I would receive if I opened an account. Store was very well lit and very well organized.

Lance in plumbing worked his heart out trying to help and find an answer to my problem...and he did. He really went the extra mile. Diana, the white tornado cashier, went all out helping me further with her expertise...so fun...Kurt is wonderful, too. Matt, the manager, was walking the store, asking customers if he could help. Great location....

I want to compliment Anthony (ADJ188) who is in your doors and windows department. He is knowledgeable about your products and very pleasant. He was very patient with me even I am not an easy customer to deal with. I think he is a great asset for your store.

This is a wonderful Home Depot store. Its MY store. I have tried all of the southern CA Home Depot stores, but for me this is the best location. They don't always have every item I am looking for and sometimes I go online and order directly from that site because the inventory is better. BUT when I do go to Laguna Hills I find intelligent people who are helpful. Many have excellent professional knowledge and they are helpful teaching you things that make the jobs easier. The store is always clean and well organized and I know where everything is. Its not too big so you feel overwhelmed but usually has the merchandise I want.I also appreciate their return desk. They are fair and helpful and sometimes I have to return a product. Keep bringing new merchandise to us and keep us "green" and on the cutting edge with good quality products.

I have been going to this particular Home Depot for about 5 years. Always clean, well stocked, well staffed and always plenty of parking.......

I have been coming to this Home Depot, since they opened. It has been thanks to these amazing employees and their extensive knowledge, I have been able to DMO- do my own projects. From crown molding to plumbing repairs. Thank you, Laguna Hills, Home Depot!

Great customer service, friendly staff and always find items I need. If the store do not have, they find the nearest store and place hold so I can go and purchase.

My father-in-law and I went in for a specific plumbing need. We shopped and came out with exactly what we came for.

I normally shop at the Lake Forest location, however my wife and I had some errands to run and we were closer to the Laguna Hills store. The Laguna Hills store is laid out much different that the store I am used to, but the store staff were very helpful in directing us to the location of the products we were interested in. It was a real pleasure to shop in Laguna Hills.
